Great location, near the beach. Excellent service , and breakfast is delicious. Room is big and partial sea view from hotel.

I would say, this is the best hotel service I have ever experienced. Staff Staff are nice and friendly. You can see smile on their face. Everytime I make a call to front desk, they immediately send somebody to my room to provide assistance. I would like to give a big thanks to Jenna, the receptionist supervisor. She is enthusiastic and helpful. She helps me a lot (answer my questions patiently, great restaurant recommendation, help me to order food delivery, assist me to freeze Chả lụa well in hotel).I really appreciate her work. My Uncle and I stayed here for 5 nights. We have booked two Deluxe Twin Rooms. I got a free upgrade to family room on the first night, and the next day Jenna said only one person had a family room, the other one may feel sad. So she helps us to free upgrade to family room ^^ We asked Jenna if hotel offered some package to bana hill. She said yes and the hotel can provide a discount package(tickets+transportation(me and uncle only)+lunch buffet) so that we can go to banna hill the time we like.At the day we went to banna hill, we were surprised, because a luxury VIP car was waiting for us!!! Our car was free upgraded.The driver is polite and on time, pick us safely! Location just 15 mins by car from airport. Very near to My Khe beach (5 mins walk). Rooftop It is amazing, having a swimming pool.The view from rooftop is good, you can see the whole city at one side and the beach at other side. Breakfast Different variety of food here. All are fresh and taste good. Housekeeping Tidy, clean and fast, You just go out for 10 minutes and they finish everything. So efficient! Will definitely come back again, and introduce this great hotel to my friends!

The room is comfortable, Aircon thermostat works well in setting the right temperature, water pressure just right. Bed is comfortable. Request for extra pillow came promptly. Couldn't ask for more. Value for money

Stayed at this hotel for a few nights and had a pleasant experience overall. The location is convenient, close to local attractions and public transport. One of the worst hotels ever that I have stayed. We booked 2 rooms. Location is fine. Building looks good. However, actually that was all! Staffs are just like robots. Whenever we asked something, they answered “tomorrow we have fully booked, I’m sorry”. But, it’s 100% lie. There’s still lots of available rooms every day. Breakfast..hmm… couldn’t eat anything! If you’re not Chinese, never ever go there! Otherwise, you will have a terrible experience. This hotel is typically a Chinese hotel level. You can even smell something inside of the building

A very nice hotel at the price. Its not in anywhere busiest but is close to the beach. Not much restu nearby either. But hotel is nice indeed
