The room was very quiet after checking in, I could barely hear any noise from outside. The cleaning was very thorough; there was no dust on the floor or surfaces. The bedding was also neat and clean, making for a very comfortable stay. The overall quality was better than expected.

I ended up with gastroenteritis because I ate too much variety, and I was up all night with an upset stomach 😭😭. Being in a foreign place and feeling so helpless, it was truly a godsend that the lady working the night shift at the front desk was absolutely, incredibly, unbelievably wonderful! She stayed with me, made sure I took my medicine, and talked to me to distract me. We finally made it through that difficult and painful night, and I recovered. It was incredibly clean and cozy, and the receptionist was super enthusiastic and energetic! She recommended many hotels to us, and the breakfast rice noodles were absolutely delicious!

The hotel is conveniently located opposite March Street and very close to Dali Old Town, right on the main road. There are plenty of restaurants and shops nearby, making it easy to get around and shop. The book bar and tea bar behind the hotel are also quite eye-catching. The receptionist, housekeeping staff, and restaurant staff were all very friendly and attentive, always offering smiling service, which made us feel very welcome.
