Dali City Hot Springs Hotels

We had a lovely stay at little dolphin hotel. Mr Zhao was lovely and very friendly and helpful and there are great views from the roof. We had a room with a private hot tub on a terrace which was heaven to relax in at 40 degrees. Mr Zhao helped us plan where to visit and made a lovely noodle breakfast along with homemade pickles that were delicious. The bed was very comfortable. He is like a kind father, telling us to stay safe and showing us around. Only consideration is it's quite a long taxi ride from little dolphin to Dali ancient town on the other side of erhai lake but Didi is easy to use and inexpensive by British standards (about £8 for an hour's ride) ☺️

The room was a delightful surprise; the floor-to-ceiling windows offered stunning views. Just opening the curtains revealed a breathtaking ocean view and blue skies with white clouds, instantly making me feel completely relaxed and creating a perfect vacation atmosphere! My biggest thank you is to customer service representative Xiaoxue! From booking to check-in, she patiently answered all my questions, proactively helped me with room arrangements, and provided many helpful local travel tips. Her service was incredibly thoughtful and attentive. She felt like a warm friend, making the entire trip more enjoyable and smooth. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time! The room was very spacious and well-equipped. The decor and design were fantastic. The renovation of the historic building is quite unique, and the courtyard is breathtaking. The housekeeping service was excellent, and any requests were promptly addressed. The breakfast was also delicious, featuring some unique dishes. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Yunnan.

I brought my mom here for Chinese New Year, and she couldn't stop raving about it, saying she didn't want to leave. It was even better than expected, the most comfortable hotel I've ever stayed in! It has a great design, and the service is excellent. The several concierges were so thoughtful and attentive, recommending many places to eat and visit. Even the two feline staff members were always 'on duty'! The floral tea was delicious, and the restaurant maintained a good standard. I'm so glad we chose to spend Chinese New Year's Eve here; it didn't disappoint, full of festive spirit. On New Year's Day, the concierge even prepared a local specialty, the Three-Course Tea. The public areas are also beautiful, quiet, and feel like they're nestled by the mountains and water. I wish I could live here forever. Environment: The pool was empty, the toy's finger at the entrance was broken, and a lounge chair on the second-floor platform was broken. Service: 1. We arrived at the guesthouse around 10:30 am, and there was no one there. We had communicated beforehand and planned to arrive around 11 am. The owner left a message saying we could call if we couldn't find them, but no one answered the phone, so we had to come to the door ourselves. We arrived quite early. After sitting in the courtyard for a while, the cleaning staff finished cleaning, and we went to inquire about check-in. The staff immediately contacted the owner, and the matter was resolved quickly. The owner was also very helpful and immediately arranged a room. 2. Regarding breakfast, every guesthouse has its own specialties. Xianfu offers a set meal per person. I hope the owner will add some local specialties, like rice noodles or Erkuai (a type of rice cake), and please stop serving those tangerines; they're so dry inside. 3. The welcome fruit consisted of two tangerines, two lactic acid drinks, some candy, and small snacks like biscuits. Actually, it would be better to just serve sliced ​​watermelon, pineapple, or some local specialties like pickled vegetables. Overall, the owner is nice, and the auntie is quite nice too. I hope the owner's business continues to improve.

I even postponed my high-speed train journey by a day because of this hotel. Each room type is unique. My child loved it too. It was quiet and perfect for relaxing. It's very close to popular restaurants and the famous ”Flower Intoxication” restaurant. Service: After booking online, a staff member called and added me to a WeChat service group. They sent me important information and nearby travel tips. They also offer airport shuttle service. The breakfast and afternoon tea were particularly amazing—delicious and beautifully presented. The service was also very attentive. Excellent value for money. Our room had a power outage and the air conditioning was broken, so they upgraded us to a different room for free. Cleanliness: As long as you don't expect it to meet the standards of a luxury hotel, the cleanliness is quite good.

Cangshan No. 1 is a hotel with advanced concepts. The management model is a team of butlers who create a feeling of home for guests and think of everything in front of them. The environment is beautiful and beautiful, with swimming pools, white beaches, coconut trees... creating a different paradise. Every employee has a strong sense of priority and their service attitude is excellent, gentle and comfortable. Not only did he take the initiative to inquire, but he also introduced the characteristics and customs of the Bai people in a very thoughtful way. The room was surprisingly spacious and comfortable. Each room has its own bathing pool, dry and wet are separated, and even the toilet is fully automatic. Very clean! Breakfast and afternoon tea are richly prepared and have local characteristics. There is also a heart-warming evening sweet soup every night. My family and I felt that choosing Cangshan No. 1 for this trip was a great value!

I had a very pleasant stay. The location is excellent, very close to the scenic spots, and transportation is super convenient! The room was very clean and cozy, and I really liked the decor style! I initially thought this would just be a simple one-night stay, but it turned out to be a huge and pleasant surprise! The complimentary airport pick-up service was really great. Master Wang was so enthusiastic and professional, and he provided a very thorough explanation during the short ride. For just two adults and one child, they sent a business van, which was very clean and completely odor-free. The hotel room was spacious. I booked a king-size room with a terrace on the third floor, and the view was absolutely stunning. I spent time just sitting on the terrace, daydreaming both in the morning and evening – I absolutely loved that feeling. There were many green plants and unknown flowers in the small courtyard outside the room and on the terrace. The hotel breakfast offered a rich variety and tasted excellent. The hotel's location is also convenient; it's very close to the Three Pagodas of Chongsheng Temple, and a taxi ride to the ancient city or the Gantong cableway only costs around 20-30 RMB. If I ever get the chance to visit Dali again, I will definitely choose Yiyun.
