"The hotel very clean and beautiful! Easy to acces to the main road, located infront of Erhai Lake! Just take Didi 20 minutes from the railway station & 20 minutes to the ancient town. The lake and mountain view through the hotel’s window are beautiful and amazing! I love staying here! The reception also very helpful and friendly, they also serve complimentary tea and coffee at the lobby, we are very enjoy our stay and missed it so much"

"Atmosphere: The sea view is stunning, offering different sunrise and sunset views every day from every angle. Facilities: Well-equipped, the host even provided daily replenished disposable toiletries, a powerful hairdryer, and a wet/dry bathroom setup. Cleanliness: Spotless and tidy. The cleaning staff cleaned daily, and the room was odor-free. Service: The butler service was attentive and responsive. Public areas were elegant and clean with pleasant diffusers, and there was a self-service area for water and amenities."

"I brought my child to Dali to relax after their exams, and we booked a lake-view room on the second floor. Initially, I was worried the view might be poor due to the low floor, but those worries were completely unfounded! The floor-to-ceiling windows framed the entire lake and mountains like a natural painting. We had a panoramic view of the clear sky, blue water, distant mountains, and green trees. The swing inside the room was a huge hit with my child; they spent half the day on it. We didn't have to rush our itinerary; we just slowly enjoyed the breeze and watched the shimmering lake, experiencing a rare, leisurely pace of life. The room was clean and bright, with refreshing marble floors, and opening the window revealed a healing lake view. My child completely relaxed and shed all the fatigue from exam preparation. The hotel environment is thoughtfully designed, tranquil and restorative – it's definitely our top choice for family trips. We'll be back for our next vacation!"

"The location by Erhai Lake is great. Although the room window faces inwards, the environment is still quite good, and the butler service is very attentive. I have two suggestions: The cleaning staff's work was subpar; I could still clearly see hair on the floor after returning to the room. Also, there might be an outdoor air conditioning unit outside the room, as I could hear the machine repeatedly starting and stopping at night. However, after a tiring day, it didn't really affect my sleep."
