"A very nice hotel with its own history. Beautiful location. Friendly staff. Clean and professional. It’s a shame about the food though… The hotel is not cheap. But mostly worth it. Which makes you wonder why would they use a Nutella substitute that tastes bad. The same with peanut butter. And other items like crepes. The sweets. Etc. The food quality at breakfast is sub-par for the price you’re charged. This says a lot about the F&B choices of the hotel. We didn’t venture in any more food experiences there."

Chtaura Park Hotel

"Very Nice family hotel; Rooms are elegant, clean, & spacious. Ours was overlooking the beautiful and spacious Green garden. Very friendly Staff and Excellent service. Fitness club along to both indoor & outdoor swimming pool (couldn't use this facility) The Breakfast could be further enhanced in terms of variety and presentation. We were there during an off season, thus some parts looked dusty. Besides that we had a great and much needed family break with a close distance to major touristic attractions in the heart of Bekaa valley!"

" Nice place, very good breakfast, many activities for thr chikdren. Rooms are very simple but clean and the mattresses are comfortable. Quiet atmosphere and very green area. In general a very good experience. No more to say in order to fill two hundred characters"

"Very nice an calm place, within nature. The cabins are large but the facilities are dull. Only one bath for 5 family members, kitchen without sink. Pool is awesome, breakfast is just ok. Clean overall. Rooms weren't cleaned during morning just towels were changed."

"I'm sorry to say that i had a negative experience at the Golden Lilli Hotel yesterday at the valentine's night since I'm an repeated guest at your hotel. If an the security employee at the hotel took photos and videos of guests without their consent during a Valentine's Day event, that is certainly a serious breach of privacy and highly inappropriate behavior for five stars hotel. It is essential for golden Lilli hotel and their employees to maintain a high level of professionalism and respect for his guest's privacy. Taking photos and videos without explicit permission is a violation of basic ethical standards and can cause significant discomfort and distress to the guests involved. I would strongly recommend mrs. Sara general manager for the golden Lilli hotel, brought this issue to the attention head Manager for every department at the hotel. while I talked with a Manager at your hotel who took the accident in an easy way and didn't take an action. It's important to provide them with specific details about the incident, Hotel guests have the right to enjoy their stay without feeling violated or having their privacy compromised. I hope that the hotel takes immediate action to address this issue and ensures that such incidents do not occur in the future."
