The location was convenient, especially being near the airport. I also want to give a special mention to Wendy at the front desk. She was very kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay, which made a great impression. Good customer service really makes a difference when traveling, and Wendy definitely added to the experience. I would be happy to stay here again for another conference or business trip."

"Beautiful hotel and excellent location.  The lobby bar was wonderful, the Bongo Java coffee shop was great, and the restaurants were fabulous.  The front desk staff was amazing.  We weren't able to enjoy the nice pool though, as it had about 80 people in it and no where to sit!  It was one of the reasons we chose The Omni.  But, I would stay here again."

"It is convenient to go to Vandy and close to Pat Shennong Temple, but the room is not particularly big. The thick mattresses of the two beds make the room seem a little small. The front desk is small, the breakfast is good, and there are resident singers in the evening."

"The room was clean and nicely designed. Breakfast is à la carte; if breakfast is included, each person has a $30 allowance to order from the restaurant in the morning, and the food is pretty good. The gym is passable. The location is good, very close to the Broadway core area, yet not in the heart of it, so you can avoid some of the hustle and bustle. The only thing I didn't like was the bed; for some reason, it wasn't breathable, and I sweated a lot all night, even with the air conditioning set to the lowest temperature. I think it's a problem with the bed."
