"My stay this time was absolutely fantastic, definitely five stars! The bedding was a real surprise – the mattress was just the right firmness, the sheets and duvet covers were skin-friendly, clean, and odorless, and the pillows were fluffy and supportive. Lying down was incredibly comfortable, and all my travel fatigue just melted away after a good night's sleep. The hotel's service was even more thoughtful and attentive; from check-in to any daily needs, the staff responded incredibly promptly, showing meticulous care in every detail. The room itself was tidy and airy, with excellent facilities, making for a very pleasant stay. The view was great too. I've stayed here many times and honestly haven't considered any other hotel when I visit London. The entire experience was perfect, offering incredible value for money. It's suitable for both leisure and business travel. Highly recommend!"
