Always travelling around.
2nd time here.
1. Room lighting is very problematic. The washroom doors are light penetrable. Which is very disturbing for early gym users like myself travelling with kids. Very bad (one and only bad point)
2. Rooms are very spacious and clean. Very good.
3. Gym is excellent
4. Bought this package via trip.com with breakfast and dinner. The dinner grill was spectacular, tomahawk steak and grilled whole chicken. Good.
5. Pool was really small, quite disappointing.
6. Kids bakery class was very good. Met with nice staff.

The Hardrock hotel has become my home away from home. The rooms are always clean and beautifully decorated, the staff are amazing, specifically Cherie who is so kind and friendly. I look forward to my next stay very soon!

Every time I need a staycation in Shenzhen, Hardrock never disappoints. This time we were lucky to get an upgrade! Superb service, delicious food and a glorious pool.
