"Facilities: Generally good. Cleanliness: Spotless and tidy; cleaned thoroughly every day. Environment: Convenient location, especially being within walking distance to Crystal City. Service: Absolutely excellent! The front desk staff were very thoughtful and responded quickly. During my stay, there was a heavy storm and a power outage. The front desk promptly called and knocked on my door to deliver my ordered takeout, which was incredibly reassuring. The restaurant service was also outstanding, always accommodating and attentive. I was very impressed. Overall, the hospitality here made me feel right at home! I'll definitely stay here again!"

The location is excellent, close to Crystal City, just across the road. There are many restaurants downstairs and the living facilities are mature. Free parking and luggage storage rights are provided, and the price/performance ratio is outstanding under the comprehensive configuration. Equipped with projector and large-size TV, viewing experience Good. The room has a refrigerator, washing machine and a toilet with heating function."

"I lived in a Jinjiang Star that knows life very well ✨ Location full score 💯: Downstairs is all eaten! You can eat from the street to the end of the street in five minutes at night, and the nightingale party is ecstatic 🍢🍜 The room configuration is unexpectedly high-tech, Xiao Ai classmate (or Tmall Genie) is on standby throughout the whole process, turn off the lights and pull the curtains to move the mouth without doing it, lazy people gospel haha 😂 The front desk also sent a fruit platter intimately, after taking a shower, eat some fruit to chase a drama, business trips/travel have become healing a lot ～ I will choose this 🏨💤 next time I come here."

"The hotel is not very close to Donghai Railway Station and requires a long walk. This Home Inn has been open for quite a while, and the facilities are old. There is no sound insulation at all. You can clearly hear the sound of water from people taking a shower upstairs. The hotel is on the street, and it is very noisy outside, which really affects your rest."

The room is clean and bright, fully equipped with a projector, bay window, and kitchen facilities, making for a really comfortable stay. I accidentally left some small personal items when checking out, and the owner proactively contacted me and even mailed them back for free, refusing to accept any postage fees – truly heartwarming! I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Donghai!"

"I paid for the room in advance. I still need to pay a deposit. Even five-star hotels are not so overbearing. Did they explain the key point in advance? There were chargeable items everywhere in the room. There was a loud noise outside the room and the glass was shaking."
Donghai Forest Hot Spring Resort
"Beautiful hot springs and nature, but come prepared! We stayed in a luxury cabin in the Donghai Hot Spring Resort. Overall, we had a nice experience, but there are a few important things international travelers should know. The Positives: Hot Springs & Nature: The hot springs were wonderful and very relaxing. The nature surrounding the resort is beautiful and peaceful. Great BBQ: We really enjoyed the barbecue area and even grilled some delicious shashlik (skewers) there. Helpful Staff: The girls at the reception were very kind. They helped us book a taxi to Donghai Railway Station for 100 RMB. Upon check-out, they also gave us a lovely Lianyungang souvenir magnet, which was a very sweet touch. Things to Consider: Room Outlets: There are no European-style power outlets in the cabins. We asked the reception for an adapter, but they didn’t have any. Luckily, we had our own power banks, otherwise we wouldn't have been able to charge our devices. Bring your own Chinese plug adapter! There is a possibility to rent a power bank in main building though for 5 RMB/hour. Breakfast: The breakfast is purely Chinese style. Do not expect Western options. We had noodles, seaweed, eggs, fruit, and Coca-Cola. It was fine for us, but good to keep in mind. Location: The resort is quite isolated. If you do not have a car, it is very difficult to leave the property or get around on your own. We enjoyed the hot springs and the peaceful vibe, but the resort could improve by providing international adapters for foreign guests."

The profit is thin, and a few staff members are prone to getting unhappy, but most of them maintain a good mood, are proactive, enthusiastic and professional."
