Absolutely amazing experience at Trump National Doral! From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. I requested to switch rooms because the elevator wasn’t working — not only did they take care of it right away, but they also upgraded me and made sure the new room matched all my preferences. The service was top-notch, the food was delicious, and everything was clean, elegant, and well-organized. Truly five-star treatment all the way. I couldn’t be happier with my stay and I’ll definitely be coming back!

Comfortable environment, easy to play

The room is large and the environment is very good. The toiletries are from Spanish Nature Biss. I booked the first night on Ctrip and the official website. The second night is a package with breakfast and golf. When I checked in, I made two different orders together for two nights, so there is no need to change. After I booked the room, the front desk said that all I had to do was re-swipe the key the next day. However, at noon the next day, I received a text message from my bank that deducted more than 400 US dollars from me. I asked Ctrip to pre-authorize and asked the hotel. They said they thought I wanted to extend my stay and deducted my room for one night. The fee was cheaper than the first night booked by Ctrip. I went to the front desk to explain the situation and asked them to refund me. They said that the pre-authorization had been cancelled. When I checked out after staying for two nights, I asked the hotel if I had refunded. They said that I had already refunded and returned to China after half a month. I called the bank and the pre-authorization was still frozen. I asked Ctrip to call the hotel and ask the hotel. The hotel said it would be processed when I checked out, but the pre-authorization is still frozen. I don’t know what happened!
