Excellent stay. Nice service, this is the oldest of the Chimelong hotels so the room feels a a bit old (carpets are a bit worn out) but they are quite large and have pretty much everything that you need. Breakfast buffet at the white tiger restaurant was amazing and had a lot of food to choose from.

We booked two rooms and ask for connecting rooms when we checked in. Reception desks are big and 7-8 persons to help so no delay on weekdays. They let us have one room key first to put our carriers first so we can enjoy safari early. Nice experience there!

The location is convenient but requires extra paid outside services to have take away deliver to the lobby. The extra $300RMB per person indoor swimming pool seems way too high .. Staff were friendly and provided us with a room upgrade.  10-15 mins walk from the hotel to the theme parks and circus is a big plus and hotel guests get a dedicated seating area at the circus .

Very family friendly resort, this resort has mainly 4 paying attraction and 1 circus. Of the 4 attraction, there’s a bird park, safari zoo, water park and amusement park. We totally enjoyed the safari and the amusement park. Didn’t go to the water park. Bird park is great too Recommended to stay about 3D 2N minimally, the resort is gated, so if you are getting delivery it might be abit tricky as you may need to pay extra to the rider to come into the hotel lobby. It’s about 10 mins to major shopping malls like Wanda plaza which has everything. The staff here are super helpful. Hotel is alittle dated. But not a deal breaker for me. There is a mini mart, and some clothings shop. From my experience, when you are booking the hotels there are options with tickets included inside the room: then you can purchase any additional tickets from the counter or other travel apps. The pricing from counter is cheaper and reasonable based on what I searched. Most importantly I just want to do a shout out to praise 麒麟餐馆 Qilin restaurant for an amazing meal. It was so tasty that we went to the same restaurant 3 times. Something unexpected in my opinion for a resort restaurant. 加油

This is our second visit to Chimelong Guangzhou with our child. It's a fantastic family-friendly hotel with a well-designed layout, a wide range of activities, and convenient facilities. Upon checking in at the lobby, we finalized our two-day, two-night activity schedule right at the front desk. Booking tickets was easy, and the service was warm and welcoming. The room was spacious and very comfortable, equipped with special toiletries, slippers, and bathrobes for children. Our child participated in face painting in the lobby, received plenty of balloons, and interacted daily with the tiger mascots and clowns, having an absolutely wonderful time! The room package included two complimentary tickets to the Kids' Fun Park, which our child adored. The outdoor swimming pool is complimentary for hotel guests. We dined at the White Tiger Restaurant, where we enjoyed breakfast with views of white tigers and beautiful flamingos. The restaurant also features a small animal show and a mini children's play area, which was a lifesaver, allowing parents to relax and enjoy a good meal. Definitely worth every penny! Kirin Restaurant and the adjacent tea restaurant both offer delicious Cantonese cuisine, along with kid's meal options. We explored the hotel's shops and visited the Water Park, which has a dedicated, very convenient entrance for hotel guests. Our child had a blast! We also visited the Safari Park; from the lobby, it's just one shuttle bus stop to the South Gate, which was extremely convenient. A special shout-out to the Sky Band performance at the lobby bar. Both their songs and instrumental performances were brilliant. Children could enjoy ice cream and small cakes, while adults could choose alcoholic beverages or coffee. The ambiance was beautiful, quiet, and very comfortable. We made it a point to visit every night before bed; it was truly a delightful experience!

Chimelong Hotel is a massive, family-friendly resort located within the Chimelong Tourist Resort in Guangzhou. Guests love its animal-themed design, lush gardens, and unique touches such as flamingo and white tiger views from certain rooms, which make it especially exciting for kids. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with child-friendly facilities like play areas and convenient shuttle access to the Safari Park, Water Park, and Amusement Park. The buffet offers a wide variety of food and desserts. Overall, the hotel is highly recommended for families with children who want to spend most of their time enjoying the Chimelong attractions—it delivers on fun, convenience, and atmosphere. Lastly, i would like to thank the staff for the birthday set up in the room and complimentary cake for my son!

Stayed for 1 night. The kids loved the bunk bed. Room is huge and comfortable. Went to the Chimelong Safari Park, International Circus, Water Park and Chimelong Paradise during our stay.

The chimelong resort hotel might be a little old but it's definitely worth to stay here.

The room was very comfortable, and they thoughtfully provided a full range of amenities for children. For dinner, we dined at the White Tiger Buffet Restaurant. The food was delicious, with a wide variety of options; I particularly recommend the cheese durian and the oysters. A unique highlight is that you can observe white tigers and flamingos up close right at the hotel. Transportation is also very convenient, as there are shuttle buses to various attractions and Zhuhai Chimelong.

Chimelong Hotel is a well-established name, offering truly dependable quality service. The buffet restaurant provides delightful views of white tigers and flamingos – quite a treat! Both the Safari Park and Bird Park boast a wide variety of animals that are all incredibly well-cared for and appear to be in excellent condition. The staff throughout the parks are highly professional, welcoming, and enthusiastic. It's absolutely worth revisiting! Highly recommended!

I was so happy we managed to snag the Chimelong anniversary special! For just 1500 for three people, it covered a two-day, one-night stay, including accommodation, breakfast, and admission tickets. The hotel staff were excellent; they upgraded our room and provided us with plenty of complimentary water daily. The overall hotel environment felt quite grand and impressive, and there were even a few white tigers and flamingos to see right on the property. It was truly an incredibly good value!

Everything was excellent. My kids fall in love with this place. Amazing 👏 🤩

Very good hospitality. We were provided with a private butler connected through WeChat to attend to our needs during our stay at the hotel. 2 of us had birthdays in August, and were given two birthday cakes by the hotel, and 50% off for buffet dinner at the White Tiger restaurant and 2 family photo for free (normally RMB 138 per photo). Our room came with free breakfast and 2 day pass to the chimelong water park, what a pleasant surprise. We were also granted late checkout till 2pm on the day of our departure. We all had a great time during our stay.
