Krystal Palace Douala ★★★★★
"very upset that hotel does not have my booking with the hotel. guest does not have the room when he reached the hotel and no room at all and need to go to other hotel last minute. contacted trip.com and they mentioned they have communication breakdown with the hotel and need to revert back. nothing the hotel can do too as its fully booked. so dont know is trip.com issue or the hotel issue. overall, very upset thou we got refunded and apology from trip.com"
K Hotel Douala ★★★★
"It was very clean ,location excellent, prefect breakfast buffet and security top notch. I was disappointed that a hotel that standard doesn’t have bathrobes . They told me bathrobes were only for suites;when I know even basic hotel around the world have bathrobes, that answer left me confused . Also the buffet for the evening meal was ok. I wish it had more Cameroonian meals or more grill"
ONOMO Hotel Douala ★★★
"Bad smells everywhere probably bcoz there is no ventilation."
Dongfang Yaduo Hotel ★★★
"There is a milk tea shop. The restaurant is very good for Chinese food. The rooms are cleaned meticulously and the facilities are complete and quiet. I will choose here next time."
Greenbali Hotel ★★★★
"Overall, the hotel experience was excellent. The upstairs guest rooms were equipped to four-star standards and were very comfortable. There was a restaurant downstairs, and foot massage and hairdressing services were available on the third floor, making daily life very convenient. The front desk staff spoke English and French, so communication was completely barrier-free, making travel and accommodation very worry-free. Highly recommended."
Hotel la Falaise Bonapriso ★★★★
"Very good service. Yann asked me to leave this review after I checked out."
Hotel Residence Narita ★★★

Bano Palace Hotel
"Beautiful Hotel and well located in the city of Douala. The staff is very courteous and helpful. I especially appreciated the services of the Coach Driver who picked us up from the Airport. It gives good information about the city especially for the Euro/CFA exchange."
Hôtel Sawa
"I thought I was disappointed with the other opinions but my surprise was pleasant."
Residence le Carat
"The overall environment of the hotel is very good. The one-bedroom and one-living room rooms are very large and clean. The service attitude of the service staff is very good. I will stay here again in the future."
Line-Residence
"A horrible hotel, no electricity, no network or WiFi. Doesn’t match description, smelly room with a tiny bed."
