We were told it’s à la carte, but the server didn’t speak English. It’s isolated, with nothing nearby We raised these issues with the manager Manu who was rude and dismissive. We asked for a refund or some fair compensation, and all they offered was a 20-minute massage This place looks impressive online, but don't be fooled. Poor service, untrained staff, unprofessional management — and zero value for money"

The sunbeds and umbrella for each room are really good to have. The rooms and public areas are very clean and comfortable and we are happy with the 3 rooms we have for our family. Breakfast is nice with a selection of eggs, meats, fruits and Albanian doughnuts and dips. This is our first time to Albanian and we will return. Durres is vibrant, bustling and interesting and the promenade /strip has a great choice of restaurants, cafes and bars. The sunsets are beautiful!! We are very happy we chose the Sun Hotel for our 10 night stay, it is very good value for money."
