"Hotel in the position in front of the sea and excellent horrible the wellness center with a swimming pool impossible to use it as it has neither steps nor a ladder to go down incomprehensible fact never seen in all the swimming pools used all over the world. The outdoor pool is very large with a small one for children, but unfortunately also this impossible to use as all the ladders instead of steps had round tubes difficult to go up and down not only for me but also for other guests."

"The owner's investment in the hotel, hygiene, swimming pool, sauna, etc. was very good. Especially the massage girl was professional and very nice. But the dinner menu was very bad. My girls had paid 3 weeks in advance for a menu that I wanted. But the staff and the manager did not serve me this menu. The manager told me that this menu, even though you paid for it in advance, we serve it for tables with many people. Shame on the staff. We paid for a menu, and a poor menu came, unrelated to the payment we had made. Shame.. "

"Booked via ***********, was told different price on the app and payed about £10 more after getting there. Broken curtains in room we got told they will fix it the next day. So slept a night without curtains and exposed to the outside. Asked for an extra pillow, got told they don't have any. Other wise next time I would probably book a hotel further down the strip. This is the first hotel after the port. Beach isn't the cleanest. The hotel it self is clean, with fresh deco, lacking is the customer service. You can get a bus from a street away into the centre. From the airport we got a shuttle bus cost 600LEK each, which dropped us to the bus station. From there we got a taxi for 500lek which took us just up the road to the hotel. Instead you can get the bus, going towards the port, mentioning the hotel name to the driver for 40 lek each.-Bargain!"

"I was the President and CEO of 2 startup companies in the United States. I had to travel, almost every week at one point over my 40 year career. I stayed in low-end budget hotels when we were just starting out and moved up in comfort as our company became successful. I think the Nava Star hotel will be one of my favorites. As an architectural student almost 50 years ago, the first thing I notice are buildings. What a spectacular design, standing out among the more vanilla buildings along the boardwalk. The room was also well appointed, simple yet really comfortable. Totally Relaxing facing the sea! Now let me share why this will be one of my favorites. First, I stubbed my toe and it was bleeding quite a lot. A waiter came up with the first aid kit. They immediately sent up the Housekeeping Manager and one of her colleagues to clean up the room. That is real service, particularly when you are unexpectedly hurt. The second reason, again, was Nava Sta service. I left a shirt and hoodie in the closet when I checked out. And, I was already at the airport hotel, leaving early the next morning. I called the hotel, they found the articles and sent them up via taxi, the next time someone was going to the Airport. You go on vacation to relax and enjoy the surroundings. I am not sure I thought about it before, how important going the extra mile when you have an accident, or leave something behind. They checked all the boxes and more, I highly recommend the hotel and their staff. What a great place to relax and enjoy the sea! I would definitely go back (and hopefully it will be less eventful :) Jim"
