"So on one hand the hotel is very nice, great location and grounds, beautiful pool. Stuff was also very nice and helpful. However, the first room we were in was very small and effectively had no shades so we had to wake up with sunrise. They moved us to a new room which was good the following day (thank you for that - as I wrote people are very nice) however they had jazz music show till 11pm that night which is really not great / should finish considerably earlier…"

"Spent a few days here after attending a wedding nearby. What a place 😀 when you enter the building it is very impressive. The lady in reception was very friendly and helpful and we were able to check in early. Our room was immaculate and cleaned everyday. Breakfast was continental and there was a great choice, The hotel is in a great location just a few minutes walk to the centre of Faenza and about a 10 min walk to the train station, the train service is excellent so use this fabulous hotel as a base and you'll not go wrong."
