MM31016****原本是想訂對面那家酒店的，去到前台那服務員拽上天了，立馬掉頭到寶芝夢酒店，那服務根本不是一個檔次，每個服務都很好笑容，一進門就讓人感覺很親切，訂的親子房，房間很乾凈整潔，服務員一聽我孩子有鼻炎立馬又安排幫忙再次吸塵，在羅定有這樣的服務意識真的要給個大大的👍👍👍傍晚下樓出去吃飯下着大雨，服務員趕緊送來雨傘，看得出來酒店對於服務管理是非常重視的，我本人挺挑剔的，但這裏挑不出毛病，可惜這次太匆忙，才住了一晚，下次有機會回來一定再次選擇這裏
