All things are ok. The location was very, very good. The lady and gentleman in charge of the hotel were very lovely and accommodating. The hotel room was comfortable and beautiful.

Friendly host, Ms He pick us up from the taxi drop off point. The room is very clean & facilities are new. Homestay is very well located with close proximity to major attractions. The noice from the nearby bars is not a problem as they stop all the singing by 11.30pm . Overall experience is very good.

Good location, good service, pickup at where taxi drop off and help to call for taxi after check out. Friendly owners, a lot of cafes and bars nearby can be a bit noisy at night.

Hua Hua, our hostess n Mr Song, were very hospitable. They were very helpful during our stay in their guesthouse. Our room has a very good view of the river. There were bars around n it could be noisy for some. But all the singing stopped at 11:30pm promptly. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay n wd surely recommend this guesthouse to stay!

Very nice, cozy hotel in the middle of the ancient Fenghuang, along the river, just outside the door you have small shops, bars, restaurants... they play music in the evening but at 23,30 splits everything stops and there's silence. Very kind the lady, who speaks a little english too.

The hotel is clean and have a good view, to find the hotel from fenghuang walk you should find the windmill with flowers, because have a lot of windmill but only one has flowers. The service is good, the lady and gentlemen there is so helpful.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Banju. The location was ideal, right in the heart of Fenghuang Street, offering us the most perfect view of the area. While the homestay might be a little tricky to find if you are navigating on your own, the incredibly friendly owners met us at a nearby car park and kindly helped us with our luggages. The room was exactly as shown in the photos, and there was easy access to food and shops nearby. Although it can be a bit noisy at night due to the nearby pubs, the music stops at 11:30 pm, which was perfectly fine with us. I would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay.

The most important thing every traveller are looking for in Fenghuang: Incredible view from the balcony! The room is modern and clean. The bars are loud but the window is isolating and the music stops at 23:30. The is a mosqito net on the window. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. The bus stop is 10 minutes walking where you can take a bus to the high speed train sation for 7 yuan.
