"Beautiful facilities. Fully equipped apartment unit as a hotel room. Use of infinity pool and gym. Great views of the racecourse from the top floor. All needs met and no complaints."

"All round its a good hotel with apartments that have everything you need to actually live ... unfortunately , being an oaks it does have its downsides , including staff that left me feeling confused and dismissed. The gym is the smallest gym I've ever seen BUT they do have one of those jiggle ya fat away machines in there which I guess makes up for it ;) All round i give this hotel/ apartments 6/10 Oh and the windows let in an excessive amount of cold air from outside A"

"The Apartment is a building that is adjacent to the main hotel itself it looks like they have bought an old Victorian and converted it into a three bedroom two bathroom penthouse it was very clean very spacious and looks like it is slowly being improved and updated I would highly recommend this for a family stay close to Melbourne"

"The room was incredibly clean, which I was really impressed by! Plus, the TV had various subscriptions like Netflix and Amazon Prime, which was a huge bonus. The front desk staff were also very kind and friendly. I definitely want to stay here again!"

"Every staff i dealt with were great. Reception helpful and friendly. I accidently left items behind in the room and it was posted out to me promptly."

"The staff were rude and the rooms were small."

"While the hotel room was simple and basic, it offered excellent value for money, especially since I booked it at a special rate and used Trip Coins, which knocked off about AUD$30 – a real bargain! The location is in the northern outskirts of the city center, about a 10-15 minute walk to Queen Victoria Market. As someone who enjoys walking, and strolling through Melbourne's streets is quite pleasant, I really liked the quiet atmosphere here, even though the day I booked was incredibly cold. It's not too far from the bustling city either. On Wednesday night, there was a large night market at Queen Victoria Market, where I could soak in the lively, tourist-filled atmosphere, which was a bonus for me. Nearby, there's a 249 Japanese restaurant that opens at 7 AM, which was my perfect breakfast choice, offering triangular onigiri and really rich black sesame soy milk, all just a 6-minute walk from the hotel. Plus, there are many other great restaurants to choose from in the vicinity, making it a convenient yet peaceful place to stay."

"So nice, the room was clean. Great location with lovely staff. Love it."
