Spacious room and very near to Florence train station. Definitely be back again next time

The hotel is very near the train station and convenient. Other than this, dont expect there is any amenity.

Good location right next to the Florence central train station,hotel also has arrangement with a parking lot right next door for €30 per night which is very convenient. Only downside was the room’s air conditioning was weak and made the stay less comfortable in the Italian heat.

Excellent accomodation for the money and value. Rooms are newish and super clean with a modern feel. Directly opposite SMN station makes it fantastic as a base in Florence as centre storico is a few minutes walk away as well as being right next to SMN cathedral itself. Plenty of good food around as well as a carrerfour express. Rooms importantly were also quiet so I was able to sleep well. Aircon worked superbly and shower pressure was excellent. I loved that the bathroom had a window so you could let air in and out, except it usually meant letting in mosquitoes too so it was best left closed.

This hotel is absolutely unacceptable. I was not allowed to check in even though I had already paid in full. The staff were extremely unhelpful, gave no explanation, and simply told me there was nothing they could do. I tried to contact the management several times, but they completely ignored me. As a result, I lost over RM1,200+ for nothing — no room, no service, and no refund. This is not just bad service; it feels like a scam. I have all the booking proof and payment records, and I will continue to report this issue until the hotel returns my money. It’s unbelievable how a business can treat paying customers like this. I strongly warn everyone to avoid this hotel at all costs. I sincerely hope the management does the right thing and issues my full refund immediately — otherwise, I will take further action and make sure other travelers are aware of their dishonest practices.

The hotel is decent overall, with comfortable rooms and friendly staff. However, there was a noticeable gutter smell near the entrance and on the first floor, which was unpleasant when coming in and out. Once inside the room, everything was fine and clean, but the smell in those common areas did take away from the overall experience. With some improvement in this area, the stay could have been much better.

Good location near the train and tram station. Disappointing that you don't even get a single bottle of wayer and have to pay for water in the scorching summer heat. Needs better sound proofing as the noise of furniture being dragged on the floor above was loud!!

The site is very close to Firenze-SMN rail station, very convenient. Clean and tidy room.

Room is very small, but it’s super close to the train station. We checked in 3pm and was told that room was not ready. Had to wait till about 3.30pm before we can check in. Overall staff were pretty friendly.

Amazing location! Handy for all the top sights and right next to the train station! Staff were lovely and friendly.

I booked and used the hotel in advance for one night only. The location and cleanliness of the hotel was perfect. The quality of the front desk staff varied. The person who was on duty on the morning of April 10 was very courteous and helpful. On April 10 at 21:00, when I returned to the hotel, I greeted the staff at the front desk in Italian at the person to the right of the front desk at from the entrance said "Ai-ya" to me. I'm Asian and not all Asians speak Chinese. I don't know why he had to say that word or what it means. The person who worked there in the morning was very polite. I was disappointed and felt uncomfortable. If you are going to work at the front desk, it would be better to hire educated people.
