From outside is just an ordinary building. Once step inside is a whole new world. I believe their theme is heaven and Hell. I chose heaven. So I was given a room with cupids, clouds and happiness. Room is spacious and comfortable. Free minibar for 1st round. Also have drips coffee and tea. The surrounding of this hotel is very instagramable. The staff are also friendly. The hotel is closed to duomo, ponte Vechcio and many point of interest. Shopping is also close by. I would highly recommend this hotel.

This will by far be the best hotel I have stayed in my life. With lots if character, great location and great staff. It is 7 minutes walk to main attractions.

Beautiful place in the heart of Florence, location is great and about 10 minutes away from the metro. Plenty of food options and within walking distance to the various attractions.

Excellent hotel! The decor is super fun, with so many little details to discover - from the wallpaper to the do not disturb signs. Our room included a balcony, which was a lovely spot to relax. The location was also superb. The one drawback is the bed was quite hard.

Perfect location for our second time in Florence. Loved this authentic, gritty neighbourhood. Since we were driving the ease of the attached subterranean garage was a blessing. So user friendly which ensured a totally seamless check in. The “Hell” themed garden room was epic! Creative interior design and a large space for all our suitcases. We loved listening to the birdsong in the mornings. We dined in the restaurant one night which was amazing!! I had a celeriac dish that was so delicious I wish the portion had been three times the volume! We’d been driving around Italy for five weeks by this point so for vegetables to feature on a menu in this way was much appreciated.
