We’re allocated to room 715. First 2 days everything seems to be going well. Suddenly on the 4th night at 3am the Aircon leaking water like a faucet, which woke us up & the corner of the bed were all wet, we have to bring all the tower & move our bed away from the leakage area at mid-night & didn’t sleep well the whole night due to leakage water drop sound tik-tok-tik-tok. When we woke up at noon, when to front desk who help us change onto the room next door (#714). Due to the night before, we didn’t sleep well, so the 5th last night, we woke up late, front desk call us at 11:10am requesting for us to check-out on a hurry. Please kindly record this matter onto hotel & we deserve some compensation for such inconvenience?! Hope to hear from your end of out come the soonest.
