"I stay at this park regularly and was a bit upset when l arrived this time to find l had been booked into a cabin towards the back of the park when l had booked and paid for a cabin with a lake view. The lady on the desk explained that there had been an error on the booking site saying that there was a water view cabin available at the time l booked when there wasn't any left. She then explained that the manager had rang and explained this to the people affected. I never received any phone calls or messages. I didn't receive any refund for the mix up and was told l had been given an upgrade to the cabin at the back of the park. The cabin we were given looked at the road, had a broken tile in bathroom in front of the shower, one light in lounge room not working, a broken glass in the cupboard, dirty cutlery in drawer and a TV that was so tiny other than that it was the same as the room with the lake view so how was it an upgrade ?"

"This hotel toilet facilities look old. And the aircond is not facing right to bed. So the whole night we are sweating even in this winter - spring season. And feel like they are more care about the restaurant, hotel part abit running down."

"We needed a place to stay for a little while and boy can I say what an amazing location and absolutely stunning views all around from scenery and wild life absolutely love it being pet friendly as well All round a wonderful peaceful clean place to bring the family I do have just one little issues with some of the staff at the location seem to think they are better and above us as my partner went to the reception a few time merely for coins for the laundry witch you have to go to reception for and was treated rather rudely by one in particular person my partner let it go the first time as she said she could have just had a bad day but after a few encounters with her she was still rude. To her why being nice bubble to others right in front of her Will absolutely be coming back to stay and will be highly recommending to everyone"
