Business style room that is ok sized for the price u pay. Staff was helpful to move our items up to our room prior to check in. They offer an eco friendly room cleaning option, and if selected, you will receive tokens for a free can of beer. The hotel is surrounded by many restaurants and easily accessible by car. There is free onsen but I didn't manage to try

Located at the side of main road in Gotemba with enough free parking spaces, and walkable distance to lots of restaurants around so better drive with your own car as it is 15 min away from train station ).  If weather is good and clear, you can see Mt Fuji just on front of the hotel.. Restaurant foods, mainly brekkie, are really basic and without many choices.  Hotels staffs are helpful and polite.

I wasn't particularly particular about what I wanted, but I just wanted a place to sleep in a bed and have breakfast, so I found this place and booked it that day. There was a self-service coffee machine and ice maker, and plenty of amenities. There was a large public bath, so I enjoyed it with my children. The breakfast had a good selection of Japanese and Western food. The receptionist was also kind, so I was able to stay there with peace of mind. The view of Mt. Fuji from the window was beautiful, which was amazing. I'd like to stay here again if I have the opportunity!

It was great. The staff were very kind. When I woke up in the morning, I could see Mt. Fuji clearly in front of the hotel. It was a great location.

Driving around and taking customers to visit various places in every region of Japan.

For this price, breakfast and a large public bath were included, so I was very satisfied! The breakfast was also delicious. ✨ The location was also convenient, with a McDonald's next door and lots of other shops nearby!

There are many restaurants around the hotel, and the bed was large so I was able to rest comfortably. The women's bath had good security, so I was able to bathe in peace. I would like to use it again if I have the opportunity.
