Very nice view in the morning and night from the hotel room!!

The best thing is the location, the room decoration not that good .. I did not feel like 5 star hotel

Location — On the hill, 10 min walk to the Alhambra Palace. If you fancy a short morning stroll in the same natural environment that surrounds the monumental complex, it should serve the purpose. Rooms on the city side have good views overlooking the Granada landscape, but prices are also much higher. Service — Staff are very well trained and carry with them the old English-style professionalism and dignity, being polite but not condescending or ingratiating. Amenities — Probably once modern during the first half of the 20th century, they are very old and out of date by today’s standard for a 5-star hotel. For example, the toilet is flushed by pulling (instead of pushing) the plug on the lid, something I’ve never seen in real life, but only in movies. Also the toilet had a bit of smell, not sure if it’s due to cleaning or in the pipes. Overall, this hotel should suit visitors who look for classy service and/or an immersive experience of living in close proximity to the cultural complex and overlooking the Granada city as the emirs and kings did in the past.

Beatiful hotel rooms are next to Alhambra Palace Hotel that you can walk to the gate of wine for a few hundred meters Alhambra attractions. Excellent room view of the whole Granada city (You need book city view rooms). Espresso machine and electric kettle in room to make coffee or team. The best breakfast in our entire two week Europe trip!

Great position and great service!

Fantastic view

It's not worth the price. The hotel's decor is unique, but the rooms and bathrooms are small, even smaller than some hotels I've stayed in that cost over a thousand. The bedding doesn't justify the price either. The breakfast is bad, offering no advantage compared to hotels costing over a thousand. The service staff lacks awareness; staff members shared the elevator with guests but didn't greet them. They messed up my reservation; I had booked breakfast, but they made a mistake and told me to go to the front desk to inquire. After quickly clarifying the situation, they wouldn't let me go to breakfast immediately. Two staff members stood there talking in Spanish for three minutes, leaving me waiting, before casually apologizing to me, ma'am. There's a room near the entrance with some sofas, usually open. On our second day, a few of us were waiting downstairs and decided to go in. Just as we were about to enter, a staff member slammed the door shut. I asked him why, and he gave an awkward smile, saying Muslims need to pray. We were told to wait a few minutes. We sat on the sofas outside for two or three minutes, then a staff member came and asked what we wanted to do inside. I said we wanted to sit and wait for someone, and he opened the door for us. We went in and sat down, and later, other people also came in to sit. So it's not that the room is unavailable. Overall, the price is probably just due to its good location. Don't expect much else.

Very good. A five-star hotel with a history of more than 100 years. It looks like the setting in Agatha's book. The service is also very good. The city view room is very beautiful and overlooks the whole Granada.

The hotel has character, and the food on the terrace is good. It's within walking distance of the Alcázar. But it's only worth a one-night stay (you'll need to plan your time accordingly, as flying from Barcelona will require careful consideration). The old town itself is not recommended; there's nothing much to see. Leave time to rest or visit Seville.

It is very close to Agong, with convenient transportation, exquisite decoration, and a style similar to Agong. You can directly see the sunrise and sunset from the restaurant, so you don’t have to look for viewing points everywhere, which is very convenient.

A very perfect hotel. If you want to buy tickets for the morning at the Alhambra Palace, it is only an 8-minute walk from the Gate of Justice, which is very convenient. You don't have to worry about being late. Picture 1 is the hotel terrace bar, with a beautiful view! The breakfast is very rich, with smoked salmon, which meets the standards of a five-star breakfast. This is one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in. It is worth experiencing.
