Mediterranean-style ambiance - "Santorini feel" . Loves the hot spring pools

My stay at the Santorini Hot Springs Resort was absolutely wonderful! The room was spacious, romantic, and incredibly comfortable, offering a true slice of Santorini Island in Greece. The private pool in the room was a luxurious touch, perfect for a relaxing and intimate experience. The entire atmosphere was picturesque, with beautiful views and a serene environment that made it feel like a true getaway. The breakfast and buffet were delightful, offering a great variety of delicious options to start the day right. The public pools were well-maintained and provided a fantastic experience, while the service was impeccable, ensuring that every moment of our stay was perfect. I highly recommend this resort for anyone looking to escape into a little piece of paradise!

Was a good experience. Nice room, privet tub, Helpful and polite employees. But the only problem is the breakfast; only with Chinese options. There is a Mc Donald in front of the hotel was a good option during my trip to Santorini resort.

A pleasant stay ideal for family. We stayed in a family room which was very spacious and easy location for springs. The hot tub was fantastic with a nice view. There is a good range of hot springs however the wave pool wasn't open which my children were disappointed by. The food was okay. An acceptable range for different tastes both Chinese and a few western choices. As the place is a bit old it's a little tired in places but I would go again for the lovely photo opportunities, great room and good atmosphere.

It is a pretty picturesque resort, but sadly a lot of facilities and areas were closed for the summer for example hot springs and sauna room. It was dark and deserted at night. The private pool wasnt clean. The breakfast was average. The public pools and hotsprings were relaxing, but id like more variety. I really liked the theme of the room and surrounding areas.I might give it a try again in winter. But i dont recommend it in summer if you want the full experience..

The front desk lady was very polite. The manor is beautiful, with its white walls and blue windows in a Greek style. It felt like an exotic experience. Wave Pool/Water Rush: The kids loved the wave pool and had a blast, but the surfing time was a bit short. Cons: The shower water pressure was weak, making the shower unpleasant. The massage equipment in the outdoor hot spring pool was a bit broken. Regular maintenance is recommended.

Everything is old, the service is so-so; the room wasn't cleaned even once in four days, and they only provided water and toiletries. Overall, there are plenty of pools and clean water. Complimentary tea and snacks. The cafeteria menu is the same.

This is my third visit and I'm still satisfied. The room is spacious, clean, and well-equipped. I have to give a shout-out to Ivan Chen, who not only helped us arrange an early check-in, but also waived the dinner and breakfast charges for our child, who's over 1.2 meters tall. I'll definitely book with Ivan again next time I come.

The room is comfortable, clean and the environment is great. 🤗There is an infinity pool with blue and white water and sky blending into one. It is a very suitable place to bring children. The hotel service is also very good. The front desk clerk Liang Huanling who greeted me was beautiful and kind, with thoughtful service and friendly attitude. She deserves praise👍👍👍

It was a truly beautiful and peaceful vacation. The hot springs were nestled in the forest, making it incredibly quiet and beautiful. The staff were also very friendly, especially the lobby staff. There are plenty of pools for kids to enjoy, and there's a McDonald's nearby, making it especially recommended for families with children. However, the room cleaning was a bit disappointing.
