Absolutely fantastic! The surroundings are lovely, and shopping is incredibly convenient. It's super close to the subway station, practically right outside the entrance. There are also plenty of street food options nearby. The washing machine and refrigerator were a great convenience. Overall, a truly excellent experience.

The room was clean, tidy, and smelled fresh. The best part was having a private washing machine right in the room. Highly recommended.

Wanda Plaza is conveniently located right downstairs, making dining incredibly easy. The hotel itself is very clean and tidy.

The young lady at the front desk was absolutely amazing! I originally didn't want to leave a negative review, but that morning, I was rushing to catch a flight. I called the front desk and asked another male staff member to help me order some rice noodles (腸粉) for my child, promising to sort out the breakfast voucher with him later. It wasn't that I insisted on the complimentary breakfast; I was simply in a huge rush with my child and desperately needed the assistance. Despite my repeated requests, he absolutely refused to help me order the breakfast. This is why I'm leaving this very rare negative review; I simply couldn't tolerate the issues any longer. First, upon entering the room, there was a strong, unpleasant odor, a mix of stale cigarette smoke, mildew, and dampness, as if the room hadn't been used in ages. My child took off their shoes, and after just a few steps, their socks were unbelievably filthy! When I turned on the projector, even after adjusting it to the best focus, the image remained blurry and was straining my eyes. It turned out to be an unbranded/off-brand projector! (Photo 2) The shower gel and shampoo bottles in the bathroom appeared full, but no matter how hard I pressed, nothing came out. (Photo 4) I had no choice but to buy new travel-sized toiletries myself. Even after I used a dedicated washing machine cleaner, all the clothes I washed came out with numerous black stains. I'll now have to take all these clothes home and have them specially dry-cleaned to remove the black stains. (Photos 5-8) The cabinet under the sink was broken, making me worried about bumping into it while brushing my teeth or washing my face. But what was most unbearable was the small pipe next to the squat toilet (Photo 10), which continuously leaked/dripped loudly throughout the night, making it impossible to sleep!

The room was decent and quite spacious. It was also relatively quiet in the evenings. Great value for money. Wanda Plaza and a food street are right downstairs, making dining incredibly convenient.

The room was cozy, and the bed was very comfortable.

While the room is bright and nice, the smell of smoke is unbearable. Would not repeat staying in this hotel.

Location is very good and convenient. Many restaurants, shopping mall and convenience store nearby. Will visit again when visiting Huangpu again later

The room is very clean and not too small. Overall it's pretty good. Wanda is also very convenient. There are a lot of late-night snacks and tricycles set up on the roadside.
