Great location. Opposite is rail station and big shopping mall. Many nice food around. Shopping easy.

The room is big and clean! I was surprised with a n open mini kitchen which I didn’t expect that at all . and the hotel is few minutes away from the train station, it is so convenient for everything!

This hotel is incredibly dirty and uncomfortable to live in. The stars on the website are misleading and don’t reflect the actual experience. Please avoid this hotel at all costs.
Response from Property: Hello, there were two people when you checked in, but only one ID card was registered. We reminded you to register many times as required, but you did not come down. You did not express any dissatisfaction during the check-in process and check-out. However, after check-out, you two rested in the lobby for a while, and then you started to use this photo to ask us for an explanation and compensation, otherwise you would give us a bad review. We are very sorry. We will make improvements on our shortcomings, but we will not tolerate malicious threats of bad reviews.

Perfect stay ! Very clean room and the staff is amazing and always very helpful! The location is great having almost everything around it! Will always come back here!

Honestly a very convenient location for food places, the metro and sight seeing. The staff are very helpful. They hardly speak any English but they still go above and beyond to try and translate on an app to communicate. My room was cozy and the housekeepers are friendly too. Many McDonalds nearby and a Burger King too. Also close to the 24hr spa called No.9

Very lucky the room i get is clean, no bad smell. But my friend another room having bad smoke smell although they mention is non smoking room, but they can't control customer not to smoke insidetge room. So is base on your luck. Location is strategic 3 min walk to railway station and shopping mall. This is a service apartment, so facilities, but near by shopping mall and have a family mart next to the lobby.

Good and convenient location, just opp the train station, high speed rail and mrt station. Easy to get food. Just don't like the hot shower water need to wait another 15mins after each shower.

The rooms are very large and well equipped, while the hotel is well positioned near the subway station. I especially enjoyed the view from the rooms.

Located right opposite the Guangzhou East railway station connected with 2 MRT lines and shopping malls nearby. Lots of eateries around. Very convenient to get around. The room we booked is spacous with 2 queen size beds. However, the building looks quite dated with some wear and tear. We conmunicate with the front desk on Wechat and the response was prompt. Overall, it is a good choice for exploring Guangzhou.
