We have instructed the front desk to prioritize rooms in quieter areas for late arrivals when assigning rooms, and we will provide you with a general overview of the room's surroundings in advance so you have more options. Regarding the issue with the laundry room's passageway on the 5th floor not being illuminated, we immediately contacted our engineering department after seeing the reviews. We have replaced the faulty light fixture, ensuring 24-hour illumination. We have also conducted a comprehensive inspection of the lighting in all common areas to prevent similar issues.
