We understand that a clean and comfortable stay is a fundamental expectation of every guest, and our failure to meet your standards this time was a serious oversight on our part. Room Card Issue: The front desk verifies the guest's identity before issuing a new card. We inquired with the staff on duty that day and confirmed that the correct floor card was not issued for your room. Your report of the elevator card swiping to the wrong floor may be due to an error in the elevator system or a malfunction in the card itself. Elevator cards contain a microstrip antenna coil. When the card approaches the elevator, an induced current is generated. The system assigns the floor based on the serial data. When a system error occurs, the card may be recognized with the incorrect floor authorization. We once again express our deepest apologies and sincerely thank you for your understanding and support.
