A Great Stay at This Hotel My recent stay here was absolutely wonderful! The staff greeted me with warm smiles and helped with my luggage right away—super friendly and attentive. The room was spotless, with fresh linens and a cozy bed that made me sleep like a log. The location was perfect too, just a short walk from local cafes and tourist spots. This was hands down the best place we stayed during our trip to Guilin! The staff were incredibly friendly, reminding us about the complimentary afternoon tea and supper. Downstairs, there's also a kids' playground, a carousel, a claw machine, and even traditional ethnic costumes available for photos! The bathroom design in the room was very well thought out, featuring two sinks and a bathtub. Our kids absolutely loved sleeping in the treehouse; they felt so secure there. They didn't want to leave at all, wishing they could stay and swim upstairs. There were just too many fun things to do! We even left behind a swimsuit, but the front desk lady was incredibly patient and even mailed it back to us! The service was truly exceptional!

Super nice hotel. Away from the hussle and bussle of west street for it to be nice and relaxing, close enough to be convenient. The room was wonderful, with bath and big bed, soft enough. At the hotel we could rent scooters and that was great fun. We rented them both days to take the bamboo raft on yulong river and to just ride around and enjoy the scenery. Lady at the front desk was just the sweetest ＜3

It was a very good hotel. Hotel staffs were very very cooperative even they helped me to hire a taxi or if I had any query they clarified it. It was really amazing to stay such a high standard hotel in guilin. I suggest everyone to visit guilin and stay in this hotel. I also got a free up gradation of room since I had my child with me. This hotel, which made it onto this year's 'must-stay' list, is truly excellent! My room had a fantastic view, and I really appreciated being able to cast content to the TV – they even provide premium streaming accounts. It's such a treat to stay in a hotel like this when you're traveling. I usually stick to more conventional chain hotels like Atour or Hilton, so experiencing something different like this was a wonderful change of pace! Traveling with my parents this time, booking two separate rooms felt a bit wasteful, so we opted for the family suite at Global Village. It was our first time choosing a suite, and the experience far exceeded our expectations. The hotel is ideally located, very close to Elephant Trunk Hill. The rooms are newly renovated and exactly as pictured; the two separate rooms were perfect for our family of three. The hotel offers a decent breakfast, including freshly prepared Guilin rice noodles and a good selection of other dishes. The room was pretty good overall. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the bathroom with its wet/dry separation was spotless and well-designed. Housekeeping did an excellent job every day, keeping everything very clean. The breakfast rice noodles were a highlight – absolutely delicious! The hotel is very clean and in a good location . Mrs Ciao Qin was very helpful giving us information where to go etc . She also connected us with the lady in charge of trip promotion and booking trips ( did not get her name ). She was not very helpful / friendly . That was the only negative point …

An absolutely fantastic experience. The hotel boasts a superb location, offering a peaceful retreat right in the heart of the city. Parking is convenient, rooms are clean and comfortable, and the service is incredibly thoughtful. The breakfast spread is excellent. What's more, they provide computers for guest use, a children's playground, a bookstore, and even a carousel! My only regret is not finding this place when my child was younger; they've grown up now and missed out on so much fun here. This is truly a hidden gem of a hotel. Great value for money! We got an upgrade to a nice family room and the kids enjoyed the merry go round and playground a lot. Room was clean, breakfast options ok. Great that they offer free coffee all day.

The room is very clean and big, the location is very good for Muslims, because there is a halal restaurant nearby. Around 10 minutes by car. They let us check in early around 10am, because the room is already available, this is very good. We can check in early. My daughter was very happy staying at this hotel. Room was large and clean. The Western coffee shop and bar was closed so Trip. Com needs to update their website. Location is close to all the tourist spots. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Need google translate though as everyone speaks Mandarin 😊
