An excellent hotel. The prices are fantastic, the staff are friendly and welcoming, everything is superb! Thank you! The beach is just a 3-minute walk away, and it's wonderful, featuring a secluded lagoon next to the Marriott hotel.

Great Location, modern furniture, modern swimming pool, very nice style

This hotel is lovely, the staff are so nice, the multiple pools are fantastic and the rooms are spacious and clean. The air conditioning wasn’t working in my room on arrival so they moved me to a new room. This is the perfect hotel for families, groups and couples. I do not recommend it for solo travellers as it is too isolated from other places and it’s more expensive to travel from via taxi as its location (which is lovely) is remote and quiet.

The room is comfortable overall, with a balcony and a shower with a strong water flow, which is particularly good. I describe it as a crazy shower, haha. The hygiene and cleaning are in place and clean. I think the breakfast category is not rich, and I hope it can be improved. Another thing is that the front desk staff is not very enthusiastic, and there are not many Chinese people. I didn't feel any discrimination, maybe compared with the previous hotel with Chinese courtesy. The front desk of the previous hotel was so enthusiastic that we kept tipping. There was no impulse to tip this time, but we were willing to tip the staff who accompanied us to the room and helped us to get to the room. They knew some Chinese. No one else we met knew Chinese. Since your hotel is now planning to do Chinese business, it is recommended to increase Chinese services. I saw in the previous comments that there is a free car to the beach, but we need to pay when we inquired at the front desk. It is convenient to use Grab to take a taxi. It costs 300 baht to take a tuk-tuk from Patong Night Market. For the room, swimming pool, and environment, I am willing to stay again, but I am not willing to stay again for the service. If you like a lively family trip, it is not recommended. If you like a quiet vacation, you can recommend staying with good English.

We booked three nights, but after we stayed one night, So I checked out early😓 The room was very big and had a musty smell. The front desk staff was very nice and offered to change our room. It still smells very bad after changing rooms Even the pillows were smelly, so the hotel staff changed them for us again We ended up going to Big C and bought 2 pillows and deodorant spray to take back to the room. Feeling a little better, we went to bed. In the middle of the night, there were a lot of strange sounds, The sound of water and the gurgling of the wash basin We didn't sleep at all Also, there is not enough hot water in the bathroom We took a shower that was half cold and half warm The overall experience is very uncomfortable If you have a supernatural physique, I would not recommend it even more. you will feel very uncomfortable But the staff are very nice👌🏻

Very satisfied. It is only 3km away from Padang, but the service staff is very good. The hotel is also very clean. The service is very good!! Although they communicate in English, they are very patient.

During my stay at Absolute Twin Sand Resort Hotel, I was very impressed by the exceptional service provided by the housekeeping team, especially Nue and Earn. Every day, my room was spotless and perfectly arranged. Nue and Earn paid great attention to detail—fresh towels were always neatly folded, the bed was beautifully made, and everything felt fresh and welcoming. They were also incredibly polite and friendly whenever I saw them in the hallway, always greeting me with a smile. It’s clear that they take pride in their work, and their efforts truly added to the comfort of my stay. Thank you, Nue and Earn, for helping make my visit so enjoyable.
