Provides a bad travel experience due to various problems
1. Room with a terrace -> When you open the window, it becomes a cliff. false advertising
2. 4 mattresses provided -> Instead of a mattress, 2 blankets as shown in the photo are provided. My back hurts from sleeping on the bare floor.
3. Adult 2. Child (12.13 years old) 2 A total of 4 people applied, but the reservation was requested to be canceled at 9pm, saying only 2 adults could stay. Additional payment of 30,000 won per child continues to be requested. In the end, a request was made to suspend transactions with Trip.com, asking why something posted on ******* was uploaded to Trip.com.
4. Outdoor swimming pool is closed as of September 29th.
5. The second floor is built as a wooden house, so the noise on the first floor is loud, so be careful when walking around.
In the end, I paid 250,000 won and drove 6 hours (to reduce the Chuseok holiday). When I arrived, they greeted me at the door and asked for an additional fee. They don't even provide proper blankets. I can't even walk properly. Let alone a terrace, they also suggest the number of people staying. One day I ran away after paying my own money to steal from someone else's house. Even though Trip.com raised objections to the above contents, its attitude was to only listen to the opinions of the lodging establishment and call them to pay additional fees. Why do lodging companies and Trip.com do this to consumers without even providing accurate information???
