JiajianvwuThis was the best hotel we stayed at during our Hainan trip this summer! The family suite at Lanhaiju was perfectly situated with a direct view of the Freedom Lighthouse! I had thought it was a pure garden view room, so I was thrilled to see the lighthouse in the distance as soon as I entered. Not only the room view, but all areas of the hotel are fantastic backdrops for photos! Access to the hotel grounds and beach requires a booking confirmation or room key card, indicating very strict management.
The breakfast was excellent, no complaints there. We found different delicious options each of the three mornings, and the à la carte menu also varied daily. The dinner beach BBQ buffet, with its setting at the filming location of 'Lost in the Stars' and the lighthouse, offered an amazing ambiance. My only suggestion would be to increase the variety of dishes.
Stepping out the back door of the hotel leads directly to a private, quiet, and clean beach with fine sand and a gentle slope. If it weren't so hot, I could have easily spent the whole day just relaxing there!
During our stay, our dedicated butler Chloe was incredibly responsive to our needs every day, almost instantly replying whether it was day or night. She worked very hard!
Three days just wasn't enough; we'll definitely be back next summer!

Facilities: One of the reasons I chose Indigo was because it's a new hotel with a stylish and artistic decor. Plus, the pool has a lazy river and a water play area, which is really fun and perfect for kids! It turned out to be an excellent choice, even better than I expected. Both the adults and kids had a fantastic time, and it truly felt like a vacation.
Cleanliness: The hotel was very clean, both in the public areas and the guest rooms. The entire hotel had a pleasant fragrance, which I loved. Housekeeping was also very prompt.
Service: Before my trip, I often saw complaints on Xiaohongshu about Indigo's service being poor. However, our actual experience was quite good. Every staff member we encountered was lovely; they always greeted us kindly. A staff member contacted me the day before check-in to ask about our estimated arrival time. We wanted to arrive before a typhoon hit, so we got there a little before noon and were able to check in smoothly. Our room was already ready. Danny was very responsive and helpful via WeChat. On our last day, they even tried to help us request a late check-out. There was turn-down service every night, which was a thoughtful touch. The day before check-out, they even brought us some delicious mini cakes.
Food: Breakfast ends at 11 AM, which is perfect for us late risers, and it was genuinely delicious! There were many Hainanese specialties, and they even had fried ice cream at breakfast, which my daughter absolutely loved. We all enjoyed our breakfast every day.
Overall, we absolutely loved this hotel. Having visited Sanya several times, this is definitely my favorite. If I come back, I'd most likely choose to stay here again!

Guest UserI stayed here last year on June 22nd. It was a brand new hotel then, and while the hardware and facilities were indeed excellent, the service was noticeably lacking, leaving me with a mediocre impression. My son, however, couldn't stop thinking about Sanyue zheng, so at his strong insistence, I 'reluctantly' booked two nights again this year, just for him. The day before check-in (I missed the call) and on the day of arrival, the hotel called to confirm our arrival time, number of guests, room type, and to arrange a butler service beforehand. This time, our assigned butler, Tiantian, was incredibly attentive. She messaged us at noon (afternoon) and in the evening to inquire about our plans, needs, and to offer warm reminders. She was always responsive to our requests, incredibly quick, and had a wonderful attitude. My son absolutely adored Auntie Tiantian! Upon check-in, we received heart-shaped rabbit cookies, and upon check-out, we even got a heart-shaped rabbit plushie as a souvenir. This stay truly showed me that the hotel is genuinely dedicated to providing a great experience. The door from the G floor to the fountain, which was manual last year, is now a sensor door. The path to the go-karts, which was there last year, has been replaced with a newly built wooden boardwalk. New additions this year include a reptile park, a fun animal farm, equestrian activities, and a sports park – all things that weren't there last year. This gave us a different experience and kept things from feeling stale or boring. The sky glass pool is beautiful, and the scenery is fantastic. Two large screens on either side were showing the World Cup football matches, bringing joy to a dad who was 'reluctantly' accompanying his son for a swim. Before, I was hesitant to stay at Sanyue zheng again, but now I'm already looking forward to booking a full sea-view room and a family room for our next stay. On this Sanya trip, I chose three hotels: a 270-degree sea-view room, a villa with a pool, and the Sanyue zheng landscape two-bedroom suite. My son's favorite was still Sanyue zheng! A wonderful trip also requires an attentive butler. I even received a warm greeting from 'Tiantian' after landing in Shanghai. You were the most beautiful 'surprise' of my trip!

Guest UserI stayed in a full sea-view king room, and the hotel staff were very thoughtful. They arranged a high-floor room based on my special request, which offered a truly expansive view. It's super close to the sea; just a 3-minute walk downstairs to the beach. The beach was almost deserted, feeling like a private paradise. So, in terms of sea views and convenience, it completely holds its own against established hotels in Yalong Bay and Haitang Bay. What's more, the hotel's room facilities are very new, which really sets it apart from many hotels that opened in the early 2000s or 2010s.
As for service, the hotel team is young but very patient. A staff member (an older sister) brought water to our 9th-floor room several times, and her attitude was consistently excellent – a big thank you for her hard work! The service was also incredibly thoughtful; sometimes they anticipated our needs even better than we did. While waiting for our ride to leave, a staff member proactively came over to offer two bottles of water, reminding us about the heat and the risk of heatstroke.
The biggest advantage is definitely the price. For the same room type, sea view, and service, you'd easily pay 1500+ RMB per night at other hotels, but here it's only 500-600 RMB per night. It's an absolute steal for students, definitely a 'go for it' kind of deal! 👌🏻
The only slight downside is that the beach hasn't really been developed, so it's quite rough. For this, you could consider taking a taxi to nearby Qingshuiwan during the day, which is only about a 20-minute ride.

The hotel boasts a tranquil and serene environment 👍. The lawn is thick and clean, free of branches or dead leaves, and is constantly being tidied up. There's an outdoor pool and a kids' water park, both with very clean water. The hot spring pools, built into the mountainside (like the Baicao Pool and natural sulfuric mineral hot springs) are fantastic 👍 – it's incredibly relaxing to soak in them after a tiring day. The kids' play area is a bit small, better suited for younger children, but it offers a rich variety of activities; older kids can enjoy crafts and other options. The specialty Qingbuliang for breakfast is better than takeout 👍, and dishes like sour noodles and Hainanese fried noodles are also very distinctive. Even after staying for several days, I didn't get tired of the food. I'll definitely be back to stay again.

I've stayed at this hotel many times and always have a wonderful experience. The butler is incredibly responsive to every request, and the front desk staff are very welcoming. Housekeeping does a fantastic job, and the views are simply unbeatable. A special shout-out to the Western restaurant's breakfast buffet, the Chinese restaurant, and the noodle bar – they are all excellent. I've eaten there countless times, and I highly recommend everyone try them; they offer great value for money. I will definitely choose to stay here again.

CassiedelvxingrijiThe resort grounds are full of coconut trees, the pool is clean, and the greenery looks incredibly pleasant. The room was clean and spacious, and the bed was super soft – I had a great night's sleep. The breakfast spread was substantial, and the egg tarts were delicious. They also had sweet potato and corn balls, and the buffet was fully stocked. Both the lobby and outdoor areas were spotless, giving off a strong island holiday vibe. It's been raining in Lingshui these past few days, so the weather has been cool and refreshing, and the air quality is genuinely good.

The room is quiet and comfortable with a washing machine. Good service attitude. The bathroom is very good for dry and wet separation, and the ventilation effect is good! If you eat, you can eat in the cafeteria in the school living area, which is very convenient. Very close. There are also restaurants and supermarkets.

The room is big, very clean and tidy, the boss is very enthusiastic, the environment is very good, there is a commercial street nearby, it is very convenient to eat and drink, it takes less than ten minutes to walk to the beach, and there is a swimming pool downstairs. This weather is very suitable for playing in the water. If I didn't have to go back to work, I would be reluctant to leave. Hahahaha. Not bad. Recommended

This is a very nice hotel. The room was spacious, the bed comfortable and the bedding and pillows just right. There was also a great balcony., I would have liked a relaxing chair on there, but the furniture was okay. The service is excellent, the people are very friendly and extremely helpful. The pool is nice and clean, the yard is very pretty. The gym is a bit outdated and could do with a makeover and a location other than the dark cellar. Nearby is a pretty beach, a lovely park and an entertaining mall. If you take one of the siden street, you’ll find local shops. There is a bit of noise coming from the streets at night, but if you close the doors, it’s not too much of a bother and stops around 12:00 PM. Airconditioning is working really well. Had a great time, will visit again!
