They lady working here really is stingy. She will try to charge you for any little thing. The male worker at night is very good though. Keep in mind that I've probably stayed in 50 hotels in Vietnam and this is the only one that overcharged me over trivial things. It's not a big deal because it's only a dollar but I definitely won't be returning.

The worst female employee at the information desk! Koreans should not go~~ I was in a bad mood after being shown the room, so I just left after two hours without getting a refund.

The soundproofing of the room was poor, and it took a long time at the front desk when checking in due to a work error by the travel agent. There were two bottles of mineral water in the room, and the front desk clerk specially asked to give it to me as a gift (she knows a little Chinese, maybe I heard it wrong? Was she apologizing for the delay at the front desk?), so I drank both bottles of mineral water. . But when checking out, the front desk clerk charged me for two bottles of mineral water (because I reported the inconvenience during check-in to Ctrip, which made her angry, so she canceled the gift?)

The room was nice and I enjoyed my stay!
