Staying at Smarments was an amazing experience! True to its name, the facility is genuinely ‘smart’, offering seamless self-check-in through an advanced digital system. The building is modern, spotless, and very well organized. I especially appreciated the 24/7 WhatsApp AI bot support, which made communication and assistance effortless. Everything about our stay exceeded expectations, and we truly enjoyed every moment here. I highly recommend Smarments to any type of traveler, it will not disappoint!

Hotel samoobsługowy, check in przebiegł bez problemu. Pokój czysty, posiadał wszystko potrzebne udogodnienia, aneks dobrze wyposażony. Mieliśmy jedynie problem gdy chcieliśmy wyjść to okazało się, że drzwi od pokoju nie zamykają automatycznie. Po kontakcie z infolinią zmieniono nam od razu pokój wiec załatwienie tego przebiegło sprawnie. Ekipa sprzątająca w dniu wymeldowania przychodziła kilka razy przed 11 żeby sprawdzić czy już nas nie ma, co było trochę uciążliwe.

It's conveniently located just 3 train stops from the station, but the room wasn't cleaned, lacked essential supplies, and no one seemed to be responsible for cleaning it.

Super fijne en schone kamer. Badkamer schoon en voorzien van een regendouche. Snel contact via de app. Parkeren kan onder het gebouw, was alleen iets lastiger te vinden hoe en wat. Je moet dit dus reserveren van te voren, maar snel geholpen door online contact:) Dichtbij een metro, met 15min in centrum. Zeker aan te raden!
