"The hotel is in a prime location with convenient transportation, and it is very convenient to go to the city. The lobby is spacious and bright, the staff is warm and polite, and the check-in is fast and efficient. The bed in the room is soft and comfortable to sleep on. The facilities are complete and the smart devices are easy to use. The bathroom is clean and the toiletries are also good."

"Great soundproofing, you cannot hear anything in the room which was lovely. The location is perfect for a night or 2 en route to Niagara Falls. Our room was on the ground floor. The room had almost everything you need - no kettle though. The shower wasn't particularly powerful either and no bath. We tried to order room service a few times but no one answered the phone, so we went to Moxies, the food was good but I didn't feel particularly comfortable with the service there. Walmart and McDonald's is just across the road which was great. I'd say all in all, it was a peaceful and comfortable stay."
