"I  recently stayed at the Four Points by Sheraton in Stoney Creek and had a very pleasant experience. The hotel staff were consistently warm, professional, and attentive to all requests, making check-in and check-out smooth and efficient. The room was spacious, modern, and clean, with a very comfortable bed and well-maintained amenities. I especially appreciated the quiet environment, which allowed for restful nights after busy days. Housekeeping was thorough and respectful of privacy. The location was also very convenient — close to restaurants, shopping, and easy highway access. Parking was free and readily available, which added to the overall convenience of the stay. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the Hamilton/Stoney Creek area, whether for business or leisure. Great service, good value, and a relaxing atmosphere."

"Location is good for traveling around Hamilton. However, downtown area is a bit dodgy. Staff are friendly but no housekeeping for the 2 days we stayed there. Good breakfast and free coffee in the lobby are pluses. Good coin laundry facilities."

"I like this hotel very much because it is clean, spacious and close to bus stop and Go Bus stop. If you come directly from Pearson Airport, you can take GO BUS 40 to come. that would save a lot from the Uber. Besides, the swimming pool is just fit for everyday exercise and to play with the kids. The Jacuzzi is a plus but the sauna needs to improve. I saw a lot of family traveller with a big group. It is a very good place for a family trip. The restaurant provide breakfast and dinner. The food is good and enough to feed me. I like the hotel really much and I will stay here again if I visit next time."

"Stay for one night on the ground floor (2 levels). The room was big , spacious l, and spacious with a couch (pull out bed) the washroom was also quite large. There is complimentary breakfast and parking (ground floor has a screen door that leads directly to lot easy to load and unload car). The place was nicely renovated, but the floors had some dust on the edges. Overall a good place to stay."
