"You could literally die in the giant sinkhole here if you take 1 step off the porch that does not have a railing! It is amazing this place has not been shut down with how dangerous it is. I was mortified at the giant size of the 20 foot drop abyss with the only protection one has are 2 tiny pilons (marker cones) & a piece of sun bleached caution tape that blows in the wind. What makes the stay here even worse is the fact that the owner is never present & barely reachable by phone to handle all the problems that this horrific place has in store for unsuspecting guests. This place has the worst water pressure with the toilet always clogged, filthy never washed bedding, no A/C in the summer with rooms reaching over 95° & above, a giant death trap sinkhole in the front/side of the house & constant scheduling conflicts that overlap with other guests resulting in 1 room getting double booked with no one to rectify the issue day or night! This horror movie stay should not be allowed to have even 1 star out of 5 it is that bad. This place should be shut down for good! Stay at your own risk!"

"I booked online choosing a queen accessible room since I am travelling with an injured veteran. Stairs are difficult for him. We found out that our room was on the second floor. No elevators. He made it up but not easily. I had to drag our suit case and a bag up each step for two flights. Then we get into our room and it’s not an accessible room. I talked to the front desk who while I was making my concerns cut me off repeatedly. Nothing could be done. I decided to shower to find out we didn’t have a washcloth, bath mat, hand towels, & 2 medium sized towels. So my husband decided a cup of coffee would be nice. Although there is a coffee machine. There wasn’t any coffee/tea nor cups. I complained again and same thing happened he just cut me off stating they were doing renovations. Which there wasn’t any signs of that whatsoever. As for coffee I could go down the street to the coffee shop. Feeling dismissed I decided we could watch some tv: the channel changer didn’t work. You could turn it on from the tv itself but not control it. The phone has missing buttons and dirty. At least the bed was cleaned and we did perform the bed bug test. Nothing showed thank goodness! Never come to this hotel!! No recommendation from me!"

"A fabulous hotel. So much fun!! All the rooms are named after something Italian; I stayed in the Pavarotti room with a hot tub. Bliss!!"
