The hotel is in a good location, not far from the highway exit and the high-speed rail station; the breakfast is rich in variety and of good quality; although the swimming pool is not big, the water temperature is comfortable. Maybe because the business has only been open for a short time, I feel that the professionalism of some work can be improved.

The room has windows and is spacious. The bed is a bit soft, and the toiletries are of good quality. The noodles and rice noodles for breakfast are delicious. There seems to be some smell in the sewers in some rooms. I hope the hotel can repair and maintain it.

We originally booked a twin room, but the front desk said that the rooms were limited during the Spring Festival, and the air conditioning in the remaining rooms was slow to heat. They proactively upgraded me to a deluxe executive king room, which was a pleasant surprise. The room facilities are very new and the linens are of good quality, all of which are five-star standards. Although the breakfast is not very rich, the quality is good. The doorman will take the initiative to help with the luggage and his attitude is very good. Unlike some previous comments that said that the company is indifferent. The room service is just so-so. I wanted an extra quilt, but I called 5 times and waited more than 2 hours before it was delivered. The service efficiency is really poor. . . Another thing is the water in the room, which is really average. There are not many places to eat around, and the hotel restaurant is a bit expensive. To sum up, considering the price and hardware, the overall cost performance is quite high. There were many guests during the Spring Festival, so the service was tolerable.

There were InterContinental and Hualuxe logos everywhere, so I thought it was real. But the front desk confirmed that it was neither InterContinental nor Hualuxe, and it didn't matter at all. This also explains why children's toiletries were not provided after check-in, and they were gone even after I called to ask for them! If you stay in a hotel and want to use the bathtub, it is recommended to prepare a large bag of 75-degree alcohol wipes to clean it yourself before use. Fortunately, it only takes less than 20 wipes to wipe it clean. The breakfast of preserved egg and lean meat porridge is freshly made for each portion and is quite unique. The steamed buns and steamed whole grains require you to ask the service staff for them, which is also one of the special features! It is indeed far from the attractions and shopping malls, and there is not much scenery around the hotel. In short, if you want to stay at InterContinental or a hotel of similar standard, I suggest you avoid it.

He waited at the station exit on time and heated the seats in advance, which made the travel experience 100% better! The variety and quality of breakfast are also very good, and it can be called a five-star meal. Although I only stayed for one night, I had two meals in the hotel's Chinese restaurant. The food was mainly Cantonese cuisine, reasonably priced and very convenient. If I have a chance to come to Handan again, I will definitely choose this place.

The first choice hotel when visiting Handan is the best five-star hotel in Handan. Some details need to be improved~ The handwritten card can include the guest's title, and the date of the drinks 🧃 is too long. The dates of the two bottles of water are both 2023...
