a bit far from the city and it isolates from the busy city. It's quiet while you stay. Breakfast is a single menu selection with sliced bread and some random fruits you can eat also coffee/milk.

The room decor is a bit dated, but it's very clean and tidy. The floors are wooden, so if you're on the first floor, you'll hear people walking upstairs. There are two very cute cockatoos too!

A bit run down, pleasant staff, poor selection for breakfast and over prices

I rarely leave reviews when traveling with my kids, but this time I just have to share. We booked this hotel as a surprise for a summer camp trip, and honestly, I was a bit nervous since I didn't know anything about it, and we had the little one with us. Turns out, it was an incredibly enjoyable trip! The hotel is just the right size – not too big, so the kids were always within sight and easy to keep track of, without getting too tired. By the end, they were even going to breakfast and the pool by themselves. It’s super clean; the cleaning staff tidied our room daily, and even the vacant rooms next door were cleaned every day. The butler spoke perfect Chinese, making communication a breeze and helping us sort out all our initial questions and concerns. They even helped plan our itinerary and recommended great places to eat and fun activities. The Lanna-style design creates a very peaceful atmosphere – perfect for sipping coffee in the morning, listening to the birds, and gazing at the rice paddies and flowers. The kitchen stays open until 11 PM, which is really convenient since many outside restaurants close earlier. If you chat with the kitchen staff, they can even whip up some unexpected home-style dishes. As for the price… I personally think it offers excellent value for money. Already looking forward to my next trip and coming back here!

Hidden Gem! This boutique resort is close to Panyaden International School and Hang Dong Golf course. Tucked away from the city and surrounded by rice fields and local culture guests experience the peaceful beauty of Chiang Mai. It is an excellent value. The food is amazing. It is very peaceful. Recommended for those that are not looking for excitement. Excellent for digital nomads as the internet has weak security.

Moderately everything acceptable

I planned the last few days of my trip here, away from the hustle and bustle, to quietly rest and relax. The resort has beautiful surroundings, and the rooms are clean and comfortable. The ladies at the front desk are very helpful; two of them speak Chinese, which made communication easy. The staff around the resort are warm and polite. It's also convenient to take a taxi to popular spots like the Black Forest Restaurant and the Night Safari.

It was very quiet and the overall environment was comfortable. I even got breakfast after sleeping in until after 10 AM!

Excellent but need the transportation

The room was clean and tidy, the service was excellent, and the location was very convenient for getting around. The owner was also very kind.

Came here with my girlfriends, and after looking at many hotels, we decided to give this one a try. To my surprise, it exceeded all expectations! The moment we arrived, our mood instantly lifted with the clear blue skies. The environment is absolutely unbeatable, and the photos we took with my girlfriends look amazing. The room is bright, clean, tidy, and the air is fresh. The overall cleanliness is excellent. The bathroom is clean and spacious, very comfortable, and the bed is super soft. I loved it the moment I walked in. The value for money is outstanding, and the service is truly wonderful! We had such a pleasant stay here. It's fantastic, highly recommended! I'll definitely come back next time.

The equipment is average, I can only say it's clean, the service is average, generally speaking it's not bad, but it's definitely not good, there are some cute little ones outside the wall, haha

The environment is nice. The front desk lady is also very gentle and professional. The restaurant serves Chinese food and the taste is also very good. It's very good. The room is on the second floor and everything is very clean. The waiter was afraid that I would be bitten by mosquitoes and gave me a small bottle of mosquito repellent.

The sanitary conditions are very good, the bedding is very comfortable and dry, the natural scenery here is beautiful, and the Thai-style buildings are also very photogenic. Waking up in the morning accompanied by the sound of birds makes me feel very comfortable and relaxed. I highly recommend it.
