The soundproofing was poor, the room next to me came back at night and the words were heard clearly, so the hotel provided earplugs, but since I was not used to using them, I didn't sleep well. Now the room only has heating, sleeping is a bit hot. The only good thing is that there is AI intelligent voice control. The bathroom shower water pressure is enough. Neat and hygienic, customer service staff is very good.

The room is new and clean. The price is not expensive in Hangzhou during the Spring Festival holiday. It is not far from the north gate of Xixi Wetland. You can drive into the wetland from the north gate and it is a free area, which is much better than entering from Zhoujia Village. It is also worth mentioning that parking is free.

The room was very clean and tidy, and was cleaned every day. The best thing is the hotel service robot. Looking forward to your next stay.

The stay was good. The Jimu family room was quite large and bright. I was very satisfied. This Atour restaurant is very new, having just opened in June. It is not far from the north gate of Xixi, and 5 kilometers from Zhoujia Village at the south gate by taxi.

The photo of the high-end king bed on Ctrip showed floor-to-ceiling windows, so I booked the room. When I walked in, the window was half smaller, which misled consumers. When I asked the front desk, they directly said that this is the type of apartment they have. I suggested changing the picture and sleeping with mosquitoes until midnight. When I woke up from the bite, it was all in the bag, and there were moth corpses in the room.

The hotel is close to Xixi Wetland. The facilities of the newly opened hotel are relatively new. I can still smell the smell of the bedside table after the renovation when I sleep at night. The rest is generally OK. I booked two nights and stayed for another day. The breakfast variety is also OK. There is porridge in the evening, which the elderly prefer.

Facilities: The bedding facilities are very good. If you don’t want to have a bad accommodation experience outside, you will not go wrong by choosing Atour. The pillows and mattress are very comfortable! The windows of the room are shared with other rooms, resulting in poor sound insulation. You can hear the conversation next door clearly in the middle of the night. If you hear the sound of moving a stool, it sounds like someone is moving something in your room. Hygiene: The sanitation is done very carefully, and there are almost no dead corners in the room. The only shortcoming is that the window glass is a bit dirty. Environment: It is a bit far from the airport and train station, and the window on the side close to the road is noisy! The air conditioner is a bit loud. Service: There are some issues with the service. I couldn't find my order information when I checked in. When I showed the screenshot of my order, I had to repeatedly emphasize whether I went to the wrong place. 😥But the order was not recorded later! There were three people in total to check me in after I gave my ID card. The first one was probably an intern who was not very experienced, so the second one came to teach him. However, when other guests asked about the products, they could throw them down to promote them right away. The third one even asked for my ID card 😂! I booked a room with breakfast, but when I checked in, I was told that the room I booked did not include breakfast. Maybe I used my points to offset the room fee, so I don’t deserve to have the premium Atour breakfast!

這次入住體驗真的超出預期！從走進大堂那一刻就感受到賓至如歸的温暖，前台小姐姐效率超高，三分鐘完成入住。房間比想象中更寬敞，落地窗正對城市夜景，床品柔軟得讓人一沾枕頭就睡着。最愛浴室的設計，乾濕分離做得很好，吹風機和智能馬桶這些細節特別加分。

為了方便去西溪濕地玩，選了這家亞朵酒店，兩大一小，選了家庭房，房間挺寬敞明亮，衞生也很好，能放心住。 酒店有免費洗衣乾衣服務，很適合家庭出行。阿姨還貼心的説我們出去玩，洗好烘乾後，她收好掛到房間門上。 退房後工作人員也是很有禮熱心詢問是否要幫助，還給兩瓶水，不過我們去機場，不方便帶就沒拿了。

客用品很齊全，客用品質量非常棒，一次性拖鞋很舒適，一次性牙具質量很好，免費烘乾機， 免費洗衣機， 可以免費洗衣服。風景也很好

今天走我才想起來發。當天到比較晚了，第二天起來發現床單有污漬。下午出去一趟，晚上回來睡覺，然後次日起來發現還是沒有給更換，真的無語
