The staff at the hotel are unbelievably helpful - from booking cars, helping me book excursions, giving me food recommendations and tips for what to do in Hanoi, there was always someone there to greet me and I cannot speak highly enough of them. The location is at the north end of the Old Quarter - 10 minutes walk to Beer Street, Train Street, 15 to the lake. It’s down a quietish lane, next to the railway (which is less quiet but not too disruptive). My single room was basic but clean. There wasn’t really a window but had everything I needed and was cleaned and towels changed each day. Worth it for the price and customer service!

Sweet and supportive staffs. Satisfying room cleaniness. Good location in old quarter. The only weakness is its located in a small street so need to walk a few steps to get to main street to get the taxi. Best thing is they hv the elevator as most hostels or hotels in Old Quarter has no elevator which could be a problem if u have many luggages. Will be in the list of our choice when we visit again in view of reasonable price, good location and helpful staffs.

I had six nights stay in Hanoi la Cascada House & Travel, in the Old Quarter. I had a comfortable stay there where the Hotel is located in 4 minutes walk from Long Bien Bus Station/Long Bien Railway Station. Easy access to everywhere, dining, shopping, sightseeing, and etc. 2 minutes walk to get Grab taxi on the nearest main street. The Hotel employees are very helpful and friendly. My room was kept clean every day by housekeepers. The Hotel is still brand new. I will highly recommend anybody who wants to stay in the Old Quarter, Hanoi.

A really good and clean hotel! It’s walking distance to everything but also away from the hustle and bustle so it’s very quiet and good for sleeping. The room is big and clean and the balcony was great. It’s really reasonably priced for such a good hotel. I’d love to stay here if I come back to Hanoi.

I stayed at this hotel alone, and overall, I had a great experience. The staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming throughout my stay, always ready to assist with a smile. The room was clean and well-maintained, and I appreciated the attention to detail in terms of cleanliness and comfort. The only downside was the surrounding area. While the hotel itself was spotless, the sidewalk outside was under renovation during my visit, making the approach a bit messy and less appealing. However, this seems like a temporary issue and shouldn’t be a long-term concern. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend this hotel—especially once the nearby construction is completed.

Superrrrr recommended! Five star hospitality! The front office super friendly and informative. When we arrived, they informed us everything we need to know about that area. They recommend a lot places and restaurants And when we leave, they gave us small souvenirs Super cute The room was good, the services nice, and the location super strategic. It near night market, bus station, and Dong Xuan Market for cheap shopping Must stay here if go to Hanoi

Every single hotel worker is super friendly and greets you every single time you enter and exit the hotel. They are always helpful with all your requests or questions. I have never had such a welcoming experience ever. They even gave me and my girlfriend gifts after our visit to hanoi. The hotel is located in the old quarters, therefore it has a great location. However, it is located in a dark and dirty alley, which might be a deal breaker for some people. It can be hard to find for first-time visitors as I spend 1 hour finding the hotel on the first day after my grab driver dropped me off. The alley is not accessible by car and is only accessible by motorcycle. You can read the email sent to you by them explaining how to find the hotel, or you can book a car from them to and fro the airport for 300k dong. The hotel room is nice and clean, with room cleaning every single day. Overall, I definitely would recommend this hotel to anybody.

It’s located at the entrance part of old quarter , very convenient and walking distance to everywhere yet quiet in the evening when you wanna get to sleep. I saw many hotels in this area more in the centre I imagine the night time would be super noisy in hindsight I was god I chose this one for the quietness ! simple but clean and comfortable room. Hot shower is super hot. I’d say great value for money. I highly recommend to book here. Front team are very attentive and 24H service. Thanks for everything !

the hotel is in a very good location, close to markets and old quarter. the front desk was also very friendly, nice and helpful. they were a big help with the recent typhoon yagi.

Great staff great location clean room

With its affordable price, the hotel exceeded my expectations and overall really nice. The staff are very kind and helpful. Hotel room is spacious and comfortable to live. I’m satisfied.

A unique small hotel on the northern edge of the old quarter, so walking everywhere is possible or I took Grab bike. I stayed 3 nights in a 4th floor room with a tiny balcony looking over the train tracks. I did not notice any trains overnight. An older building that is well-kept in good condition. Comfortable bed, good size room. Staff are very helpful with many recommendations for food and tours and other information. I took a recommended trip to Ninh Bình that I really enjoyed. Overall a very good value and I will definitely stay again when I return to Hanoi.
