I stayed here for business and checked out to coincide with a client's pickup, but the pickup was delayed. I explained the situation and they kindly let me wait in the lobby for about two hours, so I didn't have to wander around in the rain, high temperature, and humidity. The location is great. The main attractions in the old town are within walking distance, so I recommend this hotel for sightseeing. The room was clean, with air conditioning and no problems with the bed. The breakfast area is small, so there may be a line for the toaster during busy times.

The service is very good, the people are very enthusiastic, it is very close to the Thirty-Six Ancient Streets and the Sword Lake, the location is very good, I recommend this hotel! ! ! ! But it is a bit old and the facilities are not that new.

I am speechless. 1. The pictures and texts do not match. The pictures of the double rooms uploaded by Ctrip have external windows and the decoration is obviously good. The actual stay is not of the same level: the internal windows and the corridors can only accommodate suitcases, and the corridors are not wide enough for two people to walk side by side. In fact, the hotel is like a domestic homestay, not a standard apartment. 2. The apartment type is wrong. The order shows that the room is 28 square meters, but the actual room is about 20 square meters, definitely not 28 square meters, so I argued with the hotel front desk. 3. The level of Ctrip's international business department is not good. During the communication with the hotel front desk, they said that the order came from Ctrip, they did not cooperate with Ctrip, did not know this platform, and said that the room photos uploaded by Ctrip were completely incorrect, and the room type was not what Ctrip showed. I told them that this is the largest travel platform in China, and the other party said that they had never heard of it and denied the information on the Ctrip order. Later, after difficult English communication, the hotel was willing to change our room. Ctrip makes overseas users feel that they have no sense of security. If you hold Ctrip's things, you may be rejected and denied. Ctrip has abandoned overseas users. In this order, Ctrip has serious problems with false advertising and zero communication bridge with overseas hotel channels!
