The hotel has good location (in the old quarter) and helpful staff . They cleaned our room every day. It was a nice stay.

Great location, just 100 meters from the cathedral church of Hanoi So many food stalls are closed at a reasonable price. The hotel room is so artistic with Chinese design. N the bidet is warm water. That's the best

The hotel is located in an alley, so for some travelers it may feel uncomfortable. But the street has many hotels/hostels/shops. The room was a bit smaller than in the photos. Furniture and room could use a touch up. Other than that it was a good hotel. The bed was king size and really good. We stayed at 22Land before, but the other branch (71 hang bong) 2 times. I personally prefer that branch, because of its location and the room sizes. They are true to size.

I could hear the noise of the construction work which started at 6 something in the Sunday morning. The noise continued at 8:30am while I was leaving the room. The hot water from shower didn’t work. We could only use warm water to shower. On top, The shower door couldn’t be closed properly which made the water coming all over everywhere in the bathroom. Certain staffs are helpful. I checked the status with a staff and he responded and acted quickly to change a new room for me.

Good location,good staffs, clean room. everything is perfect. We love our stay here and definitely come back

In the evening for several hours they had a birthday party making an horrific amount of noise. The rooms in the hotel are facing an open area going from the ground floor to the top floor of the hotel The birthday party was at the bottom of the open area. My room on the 5th floor was facing the open area. The noise was so loud that I was forced to leave my hotel room. In the lobby the noise was so loud that people could not hear each other speaking 10 cm away from each other. It is a level of carelessness for customers that is inhuman. The manager must be seriously ************************** They offered a compensation of 20% on a taxi fare to the airport. 20% of say 400000 is about $3.3. Wow! This shows how stupid the manager is. I work online making around $100/h. I was lucky not to be working online at the time of the party or I would have lost over $100, and possibly $300. And they offered $3.3!

I have a great trip in this hotel. Come back again if i have chance.

The location is great! Right next to the famous cathedral, there are also many cafes, a lake and shops nearby. Very nice staff.
