Very good, we are happy with our stay, front desk staff were kind and helpful. We could buy the room by the hour as we have a late departure plane to catch, so we could relax in the room. Super convenient location. But it would be good to have more hooks to hang clothes in the room. And cutlery for western breakfast.

Great location, next to the subway. Staff were all so friendly and helpful. Room was clean with enough amenities. We got free magnets, candy and handwarmers!

We had an awesome stay at Hanting Hotel! As foreigners, traveling can sometimes be challenging but the staff at the hotel was very kind and helpful! The lady at the front helped us to book a taxi for our train which was early the next morning. The room is spacious, well equipped and had a beautiful view of the city! Everything was very clean and the room is modern. It is very close to the subway as well as the railway station. I can highly recommend this hotel!

We are all foreigners staying there for 3 nights. Front desk is so helpful. They are so polite and nice, but they cannot speak English. The hotel condition overall is very good. It’s clean and hygiene. The location is also good. You can walk only 50m to the metro line 2 (green), bowuguan station 博物馆. There is also delivery service from the robot if you order food from outside. There is laundry service on 3rd floor: 2 washing machine and 2 dryer.

Perfectly located Hotel directly at the most important metro line for tourists. Our room was rather small but nice and very clean. The staff is extremely welcoming and helpful and the mainly Chinese breakfast was very good.

Perfect choice for travelling to Harbin. The location is convenient, and the staff is amiable. 20 minutes away by subway to the Ice & Snow World, and very close to the Cathedral.

Modern, clean, huge room with very comfortable beds and pillows of 2 different hardness. Heated toilet seats, working heater and windows that could be opened for fresh air. Location is great; 2 minutes from line 1 and 2 subway 博物馆; most if the places of interest are on this line; plentiful of nice restaurants with different price range; convenience store 24hours and kentucky fried chicken etc. Staff are ALL too friendly and helpful, service as good as and even better than some 5 stars hotel. They have all left an unforgettable impression on us during our 4 nights stay with them. We will stay here again.

Very good hotel, very kind staff, neat and clean, perfect location.

Facilities: Very new, excellent soundproofing in the rooms. Cleanliness: Clean and tidy, no odor in the bathroom. Environment: The location is superb. There's a KFC next door, and the subway station is right across from it, providing direct access to all attractions. To the left is the Harbin Children's Palace, and diagonally opposite are the Heilongjiang Provincial Museum and the Soviet Red Army Memorial. Traveling with kids, I booked a family room, all located on the street, opposite Songlei Commercial Center. Every night, we fell asleep looking at posters of Xiao Zhan and a large screen displaying Tan Jianci (all three of us are Tan Jianci fans, this was a real bonus of staying at this hotel). Guests arriving at noon could check in, take a nap, and then explore about a third of Harbin's attractions within the city walk around the hotel on the first afternoon. The hotel's location is truly excellent. Service: Warm and attentive. There was a follow-up call during our stay, and the bed linens and toiletries were changed promptly and without disturbing us.

First of all, I want to thank the front desk lady, Ms. Luo Meiling. She is a very enthusiastic, careful, sunny and cheerful girl. She is warm and considerate. I took two elderly people to play, and she took good care of them. She also helped me register as a member to save a lot of money. She also gave me a small gift before leaving. Then I want to thank the big brother of the restaurant. He is also very enthusiastic. The hotel is very good. There is a shopping mall opposite. It is very convenient to travel by subway. The starting price of a taxi on Central Avenue is I hope everyone will find Miss Luo Meiling when booking a room
