Excellent hotel with great location, spotless cleanness and super helpful reception. This is the second time we stayed in this hotel and breakfast was offered for free

My visit to Hefei was exclusively to catch the special exhibition at the Anhui Museum on its final day. Therefore, staying at the Hefei Parkview Hotel, situated just a street away from the museum, was the ideal choice. Prior to my arrival, the hotel proactively called to inquire about my specific needs. Upon check-in, my 38th-floor room offered stunning sunset views – a fantastic bonus! The hotel boasts elegant design and a rich artistic ambiance, with the classical music playing throughout being perfectly to my taste. As one of Hefei's highly-rated hotels, its facilities, cleanliness, overall environment, and service all genuinely lived up to its reputation, and it offered excellent value for money. All in all, I'll definitely be back.

This was our first time staying at an IHG property and boy were we impressed! The check in staff gave us a surprise room upgrade and a cake for my birthday staycation. The corner room #1501, with a 180 degree view of the Swan Lake, have birthday signages by the headboard and on the tv, a birthday song playing on loop, and amusing swan towels on the bed. Nice and thoughtful touches! The Club Intercontinental lounge provided a generous selection of afternoon tea snacks and light dinner spread. However, we gave a low grade on the drinks selection, the wine and liquor choices were fairly limited. But the lovely staff made up for it with their excellent and attentive service. I had a relaxing massage at the Yixi Spa, but take note that the pricing is on the high side. The indoor pool was nice and clean, manned by an attentive lifeguard. Breakfast variety was pretty good, delicately balanced between local fares and Western comfort food. It was a wonderful birthday weekend from start to finish, definitely coming back here for another stay! 🌟

You need to use the side lane to reach the lobby area of the hotel, and the traffic is usually heavy, aggravated by rude driving. The room is generally clean, except that some corner areas are still dirty. At the dinner buffy, watermelons are clearly rotten.

The hotel reception staff were very warm and welcoming. Our room was spotlessly clean and well-maintained. We were particularly touched by the front desk staff, who thoughtfully gave us two bottles of water when we checked out. Overall, we had a very comfortable and pleasant stay during our trip to Hefei, and we would definitely choose to stay here again if we have the opportunity.

Check-in was incredibly efficient, and the staff were exceptionally warm and welcoming. They even proactively offered recommendations for local attractions. Upon learning my friends and I were looking for a place to unwind in the evening, they immediately recommended the hotel's own bar, suggesting its ambiance was perfect for a relaxed drink with friends. They even thoughtfully highlighted the bar's signature cocktails. We hadn't expected much, but it turned out to be a fantastic discovery – the atmosphere was relaxed yet stylish. This stellar recommendation from the front desk truly added an unexpected, delightful surprise to our trip. Our room experience was equally impressive. The room was spacious, bright, and spotlessly clean. The bedding was so comfortable, I never wanted to leave it. The bathroom's wet and dry separation was perfectly designed. What truly stood out were the thoughtful details, like the complimentary welcome fruit upon arrival. It was lovely sharing it and chatting with my friends. Each time we returned, our room had been tidied up perfectly. The housekeeping staff were incredibly attentive! All in all, this was a perfect stay. Herbert's thoughtful recommendations at the front desk and the comfortable details in our room made both my friends and me feel incredibly pleased and well-cared for. We'll definitely choose this hotel again on our next visit!

My mother and I enjoyed a wonderful six-night stay at Swan Lake Hotel. Our room had a breathtaking lake view and the hotel was close to two major shopping malls and a park. Customer service, particularly from Ms. Iris, was exceptional . She went above and beyond to assist my mother in locating a nearby pharmacy for essential medication and even managed to secure an extra night's stay for us despite the bustling events at the hotel. Moreover, she promptly contacted us about our forgotten items upon checkout. The breakfast buffet was delightful, and the daily complimentary snacks and toy were a nice touch. Highly recommend Swan Lake Hotel!'

As a person who loves to grow flowers, especially Phalaenopsis, I was very surprised to see this orchid-themed hotel and booked it decisively. After arriving at the store, all kinds of beautiful orchids competed with each other, which made me feel like I saw three thousand beauties in the harem, and I couldn't help but take some photos quickly. The service was very good, and I was upgraded to a room that was very elegant and clean. Xiaodu's interaction and various smart experiences made the children very happy. I stayed for 3 consecutive nights, and the overall experience was very good. I was also given a beautiful Oncidium when I checked out. I was so happy! In short, I highly recommend staying here!

The hotel decoration is very unique, with many landscape paintings and an ancient flavor. The rooms are fully equipped, clean and hygienic, no noise, no odor. It is next to the Second Affiliated Hospital of Medical University, so it is convenient to see a doctor and visit patients.
