The hotel is very conveniently located, about 1.3km from the center of Hoi An ancient town and about 3km from the Roving Chillhouse - a cafe with a view of the rice fields. The room is quite spacious and fully equipped. The staff is enthusiastic and friendly.

The hotel is large and the staff are friendly. Snoxi and Flora were especially kind.

Although hotel no in the city center - it's very conveniently located between rice fields and city center Don't miss chance to ride bicycle (hotel provide it) hrough the rice fields! As for hotel everything is great- room is very nice and comfortable

The hotel is very old and quite worn down. When we first checked in, we were given a room facing a metal wall, and the noise from the AC was terrible. Thankfully, after we asked to be moved, they gave us a much nicer room — quiet, comfortable, and with a beautiful view of the mountains.

Enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The receptionist Silvia was very helpful and kind. Will definitely come back again.

Hotel was very good, staff people are very nice and kind. I wish we could use the pool as it was rainy when we were there. Room was very clean. Everything was nice except there was less lighting in the room I don't why. Apart from that everything was 10/10 or 9/10. No less than that.

Tourists staying here must be careful with your belongings to avoid them being stolen! An incident happened during my stay at the hotel. My branded Louis Vuitton scarf was stolen by a room cleaning worker. When I asked the front desk, their explanation was that the worker accidentally took it along with the towels and bed sheets? I was puzzled! The scarf has such a distinctive pattern and different color, how could it be mistaken? After a few hours of searching, they finally returned the scarf to me, but it had been cut and had pilled! I was very disappointed with the cleaning worker, although the front desk lady was very patient and apologized sincerely. This is a hotel strongly recommended by my friend, located in Hoi An city, Vietnam—Hotel Hoi An Sincerity. Indeed, their service is excellent, and the front desk staff are very kind and helpful in dealing with our issues and explaining travel details. The breakfast is also very rich and delicious. I just feel the bed is a bit too old and not very comfortable to sleep on. Overall, I would rate it 7 out of 10.

Quite simply a great place to stay

The staff were all friendly. Thank you for helping me find my swimming goggles. 🤭🩵. The facilities were clean, the breakfast was delicious, and the location was perfect. There were also many massage shops nearby, which was nice.

The best hotel we've been to in all of Vietnam, breakfasts like in a restaurant, the pool is awesome
