The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of Tsim Sha Tsui, making it easy to explore the city. The room was very comfortable with a spacious bathroom, providing a relaxing stay. I’ll definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit to Hong Kong.

## Facilities Hotels in Hong Kong can often feel a bit dated. Even though the room cost over HKD 2,000 per night, the facilities were relatively old. However, everything was fully functional with no issues found. The room itself was quite compact; once two suitcases were open, there was barely any walking space. ## View The high-floor view was fantastic, offering a panoramic vista of Victoria Harbour. ## Location The location is incredibly convenient. For first-time visitors to Hong Kong, I highly recommend this spot. After arriving at West Kowloon High-Speed Rail Station, you can take the MTR directly to the shopping mall located right below the hotel, and then it's just a short escalator ride up to the reception. The ease of access is truly unbeatable. From checking out to reaching West Kowloon Station, the entire trip took less than 20 minutes. Being centrally located in Tsim Sha Tsui makes it easy to get anywhere. ## Cleanliness The cleanliness was excellent; the entire place was spotless. ## Service The front desk requested a deposit, so it's a good idea to have HKD cash or a credit card prepared. The staff initially spoke in English but proactively switched to Mandarin after seeing my Hong Kong and Macau Exit-Entry Permit. The service attitude was satisfactory, meeting standard expectations.

This wasn't my first stay at the Hyatt Regency Tsim Sha Tsui. We were assigned a room on the 22nd floor, boasting an unbeatable sea view – I was absolutely delighted! This time, we opted for breakfast, and the spread was impressive. A special shout-out goes to staff member Teresa, who was incredibly kind. My mother isn't accustomed to cold food, and Teresa proactively helped her get some hot dishes and even brought her hot milk. It's been a long time since I've experienced such wonderful service. This gives me yet another excellent reason to return for my next visit.

After comparing several cheaper 5-star hotels in the vicinity, including the Sheraton and Langham, I ultimately settled on the Hyatt. The hotel is two blocks away from Victoria Harbour, so it's not particularly close. I imagine you'd need a more expensive, higher-floor room to secure a sea view. Since this trip was primarily for business and I didn't have any specific requirements for my stay, I booked a standard twin room for better value for money. The price for August 31st to September 3rd was considerably lower compared to peak season rates. My standard room wasn't particularly spacious, and the window faced the adjacent building, but it was generally quite clean. Directly downstairs from the hotel is the K11 Art Mall (note: not the larger K11 MUSEA), which houses popular spots like BaWangChaJi, Starbucks, and Naixue. Many bank branches are also located in the vicinity, making it quite convenient overall. However, walking to the Star Ferry Pier or Harbour City still takes about 7-8 minutes. I arrived at West Kowloon Station via high-speed rail. Using Baidu Maps, I took just one MTR stop, which proved more convenient than taking a taxi. I'd read comments about the hotel entrance being difficult to find, which I suspect refers to approaching from the subway passage beneath K11. Taking that route involves two elevator changes, and the signs are quite small, making it indeed rather convoluted. My recommendation is to take the MTR to Tsim Sha Tsui Station, use Exit N3 to reach ground level on Hanoi Road, then cross the street – you'll easily spot the hotel's small street-side entrance. Overall, it was a decent stay and seems particularly well-suited for business travelers or guests like myself who don't have many specific requirements.

Our room this time was fantastic, with a unique semi-circular shape. Breakfast was excellent value, with a 40% discount and free for children. The swimming pool had a dedicated children's area that the kids really enjoyed. Convenient dining options were available downstairs. We visited the Science Museum (it was crowded and quite ordinary). Getting here was easy: after arriving by train from West Kowloon, it was just one metro stop away. The entire journey was indoors and air-conditioned, which was a welcome relief from the heat. The hotel lobby is located on an upper floor, requiring guests to enter through the shopping mall.

Very very convenience and the location is too close shopping mall 👍 next time I will choose The Hyatt Regency again&again.

Beautiful hotel and very conveniently located. Did not have time to visit the gym or other facilities but assume to be good. Conveniently located next to the subway, but needs to look carefully while still in the station as Google map is not correct and requires you to walk outside. Cafe restaurant was good. There is a bit of a rush hour about 1 hour after the service begins. If you can avoid that then you can enjoy the experience better.

Stayed one night with my girlfriend — the hotel is beautiful and has a great view. They surprised us with a room upgrade and birthday cake, which was a lovely touch. The room was luxurious, breakfast was great, and staff were polite. The rooftop pool had some algae and debris, and the bathroom had a musty smell and a slanted shelf. In the second room, the bathroom felt overly spacious, which made it a bit awkward to use, and there weren’t enough bath mats. Overall, we were happy with the stay and had a memorable experience.
