The room is very spacious. Comes with a kitchen area, kettle, tea, mugs, coffee packets, bath tub, and glass for brushing teeth. You can also borrow a universal adapter in the front desk. The towels are replaced daily, they clean the room daily as well. There is a market nearby, so the smell of the fish and meat might annoy you and cling on to your clothes.

Its an old hotel. Dont expect much since its a budget hotel. Room feels stuffy. Bed is on the stiff side. My husband got an headache the next day. I wont recommend for travelers with baby. But its ok for adults on a budget.location is good

Terrible. Don’t expect anything… rooms dirty, towels dirty, beddings dirty, toilet broken, it stinks and staff rude.. it has only name, nothing else.. one of the worst hotel experience in my life. They didn’t refund and I just left after seeing all these, couldn’t stay there..

Hotel is in the middle of a local wet market and stalls. Nearby tram and northpoint mtr, and small harbour Hotel cater to tour group and really pathetic breakfast. Better to head to the street for variety. Average service level, toilet bowl flush breakdown.

Location is perfect, near metro and tram, market is just in front of the hotel. Very easy to buy fruit and vegetable. Old hotel and renovation is outdated. Fridge is in the room

Stayed for three nights. Overall not bad, room is qt big in HK standard, bathroom is clean, but one safety issue - the bathtub safety handle is not safe, it's totally loose easily came out. Luckily I didn't fall down, just slid one step. Already reported it to front office, they said wld fix it. The room came with coffee table w supply of coffee n tea bag. Also provide a safe n a fridge. Aircon was working well. Only thg not provided is teeth brush, haha small issue . No other complaint. Location is qt gd, vy close to market, eateries n team terminal. 5 mins to bus stops n airport bus stop, n 10 mins to subway station. Breakfast: provided at $77, buffet type, ok , gd enough.

Hotel is located in the city that easy to find many varieties of food and close to the transportation! The room is suitable for the price but clean and comfortable for stay.

Comfortable environment, just a small gym room without swimming pool as it is under maintenance

This hotel is a bit old fashioned but the location is really worth staying there. Don't worry, there is no noise from the market downstairs. The street is a bit crowded but you can easily access the city center area. Highly recommend 👌

The room's decor and furniture felt a bit dated. Complimentary bottled water is no longer provided, and essential toiletries like toothbrushes and soap are not stocked, so guests need to bring their own. However, the location is very convenient, with a market and plenty of dining options right downstairs.

Value for money just as before. Comfort, accessibility, flexibility and good customer service are all there.

Not bad at all! Customer service was super efficient in handling issues, definitely a big thumbs up 🌟. I wasn't treated differently for speaking Mandarin. I arrived a bit early and couldn't check in, but they happily stored my luggage. The hotel facilities are comprehensive, and most importantly, the safety factor is quite high, which I think is what everyone cares about most. I highly recommend it. The hotel's hardware facilities are excellent and very Hong Kong-style; the rooms are small, and the air conditioning is a bit noisy. It's worth noting that the staff are all very professional, making for a rather satisfactory experience. After all, space is at a premium in Hong Kong. The immediate surroundings downstairs are a bit messy, but it's very convenient, with plenty of eateries.
