The hotel was nice and clean and the staff, from reception to housekeeping, were super helpful and responsive. They even upgraded us to a suite for free! Location is also convenient - footbridge to Fortress hill MTR station and airport bus route available within walking distance.

This being my third stay, I emailed the correct hotel email address to request a certain  room and enquire abt room rates for extended stay. I never got a reply. The front desk, housekeeping & maintenance staff are always helpful.  Rooms are small, especially the toilet/shower situation but good enough for one person.  Could smell cigarette smoke in hallway. Obviously a guest. Don’t know if this was addressed. But it was a few consecutive days in a row.  Only one washing machine and one dryer for the entire hotel. But dryer really dries the clothes well.  The electricals can be an issue. USB ports don’t always work and the charging can be very slow. This is one issue that staff can’t seem to solve during my stay.

Our recent stay was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming and efficient. Our room was impeccably clean, modern, and offered a stunning city view. The bed was supremely comfortable, ensuring a perfect night's sleep. We thoroughly enjoyed the hotel's amenities, particularly the well-equipped gym and the serene rooftop pool. The central location made exploring the city effortless. Every interaction with the team was met with genuine warmth and professionalism. We left feeling thoroughly pampered and cannot wait to return. Highly recommended for both business and leisure travelers.

The service was very good, and check-in was fast. The location of the hotel is great—close to the bus and tram stations, and the subway is also nearby. There are six elevators, so even though our room was on a high floor, it was very quick and easy to get there. The staff were friendly and spoke English. The pool is very nice; it’s big enough for swimming, and the view from the pool is also quite good.

I took the children back to Hong Kong to visit relatives during the summer vacation and stayed in the Prince's Apartment for a month. I felt very satisfied. The location is super convenient, near the subway station and the bus station, the access is completely not worried; nearby restaurants, supermarkets and shopping malls are available, and it is convenient to buy food every day. The room was big enough and clean and comfortable. The staff was kind and courteous and willing to assist. Overall, it is highly recommended!

The check in was fast and effortless. Check out the same! Rooms are small, but clean and enough space if you are on a trip planning to see everything you possibly can and not spend a lot of time in the room itself. The street above you can get the city bus and the tram, 200m further you have the subway, taxi stands on every other corner, transport was really easy to get to. Breakfast spots and coffee shops just 2-3 blocks away. Overall a great location. No photos of the room, but this is the view from the afternoon drinks area

probably due to the age of this (Nina- Causeway Bay)hotel, bathroom fixtures  like bath tub, tiles on walls & floor- are getting out dated with signs of over -usage (stained) , requiring  upgrading & refurbishing!  Amenities are just minimal ~ looking at the size of the swimming pool, equipments inside the gym, venue available for meetings/conferences, etc...without naming any  popular eateries. Hospitality services are the merits for the brand name

We had a wonderful stay at the Hyatt Centric. The location is very convenient, as it is close to the Causeway Bay shopping area and offers multiple public transportation options, including trams, buses, and trains. However, we were a bit disappointed with the breakfast buffet, as there were not many options available. On a positive note, I loved the filtered water machine in our room, which helps reduce the use of plastic bottles. We will definitely consider staying here again when we return to Hong Kong.

Where to Stay in Hong Kong

  • Tsim Sha Tsui: Tsim Sha Tsui, located at the southern tip of the Kowloon Peninsula in Hong Kong, is one of the most representative and bustling areas in the city. It boasts a rich historical background and a modern appearance, and is renowned for its busy commercial district and multicultural characteristics. It features luxury shopping centers, internationally renowned hotels and high-rise buildings. At the same time, it retains historical traces, with many ancient buildings and museums. Showcase Hong Kong's culture and history. And don't forget to take a stroll along the Victoria Harbour at night and enjoy the breathtaking night view of Harbour City!
  • Sham Shui Po: Neon-lit electronics graveyards hide 80HKD(≈15.6 AUD) coffin hostel beds above secret hipster cafes. Steps from the cyberpunk Apliu Street flea market (protip: hunt for retro cameras at 7am before tech geeks swarm). Hong Kong’s Khao San Road—backpackers slurp $18 fishball noodles under dystopian signage, but post-11pm, it morphs into a Blade Runner set.
  • Central & Lan Kwai Fong: By day, finance bros sprint through IFC Mall; by night, Champagne soaks historic cobblestones. Gay bars hide behind Hollywood Road graffiti, with designer hotels (1200−3000+HKD≈235-587 AUD) along the Mid-Levels Escalator. Live for 3am chilli crab with baijiu shots? This is your neon-drenched playground—but avoid NYE: LKF becomes a champagne-supernova warzone where stilettos jam in storm drains.

  • Victoria Peak Tram: To reach the summit of Victoria Peak, taking one of the world's oldest and most renowned Peak Trams is definitely an unforgettable experience! The entire railway is pulled by steel cables. The train climbs up the slope from an altitude of 28 meters to 396 meters (about 1,300 feet), and passengers can overlook the Victoria Harbour along the way. The tall buildings and thick bushes all seem to have fallen to one side. It's truly a wonderful feeling!
  • Temple Street Night Market: Temple Street Night Market, is a night market in Hong Kong that is full of authentic flavors. It is famous for its unique market atmosphere, a wide variety of goods and street snacks. To fully experience the charm of the Temple Street Night Market, it is recommended to visit after 8 p.m. At that time, the stalls are most complete and the atmosphere is the liveliest.
  • Chi Lin Nunnery at Sunset: Chi Lin Nunnery is a Buddhist temple located on Diamond Hill in Hong Kong, renowned for its unique Tang-style architecture and exquisite garden landscapes. Outstanding
EExpatriateTravelVery convenient transportation , metro and bus directly beside the hotel. Room is spacious and very well maintained , impressive considering the East has been around for a few years. Bed is comfortable, very nice shower gel and lotion. Great view across the Habour from 25th floor, room service breakfast was great and reasonable priced. All staff members were polite and helpful by anticipating needs , e.g. seeing my check out, offer luggage storage and holding the door. If you prefer a bit more home away from home feeling , in a more residential neighborhood East is the place. I will be back definitely.

SShinnylandThe hotel was exceptionally clean, and I was even upgraded to a spacious, well-appointed suite. My only minor gripe was that while the kitchen was available, it only had cups and lacked any pots, pans, or dishes, making it impossible to cook. On the bright side, the hotel offers a laundry room, which was very convenient. The only real inconvenience was that accessing the lobby and elevators from the street level required climbing stairs. This proved quite challenging for a solo female traveler with heavy luggage. Despite that, I was thoroughly satisfied with my stay! The service was absolutely top-notch! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

GGuest UserIn the photos, the room seems to be decent size but when checked in it was very small. I had to shove my standard 23kg suitcase near the bed. I don't think it is the problem of the hotel, I should have been more careful especially when reading the sizes of the room. Otherwise good location, very near to the MTR station. One can go for a run along the shore from North Point to Central and in the other direction as well. Nice small restaurants within the walking distance. Very Famous YUM SHA place in the Shum Shui Po.

But I can stay Y loft is one of the best. 24 hours reception, laundry and gym, high privacy room, comfortable and clean environment, I never expected they have fridge and TV in a hostel room, and their staffs reorganized the room and renew the towers everyday! AAnonymous UserThis hotel was surprisingly good. Right in the middle of Shau Kei Wan on the east side of the island. Commutinb wise, if you’re taking public transport, Tram would be easier than MTR, the stop is just few steps from the hotel. Clean room, nice corner room view. The hotel doesn’t require card to go up, so privacy / security may not be the best. Helpful front desk.
