The room is spacious, with beautiful city views and a prime location. There are many malls downstairs, and the property is directly connected to the MTR station, making it very convenient. However, the wardrobe and bathroom need improvement; cleanliness could be better as there was some dust, and the bathroom felt a bit dated. Only an overhead shower was available, with no handheld option, and water often leaked out onto the bathroom floor, making it slippery and inconvenient. Overall, it was a good stay, but the bathroom and cleaning could be improved.

I stayed in a Family Room for two nights that included a buffet breakfast for 3 adults. The hotel's location is very convenient from HK Airport if you are traveling by airport bus. We took the A31 airport bus and while the journey was around 35 minutes, the bus stop is right next to the hotel that is great as we had several pieces of luggage. The same can be said for our return trip to the airport. The closest MTR station is a brisk 10 minutes walk. The hotel itself is good without being outstanding. The hotel's facilities are good and as it's located within a shopping mall, there are plenty of dining and shopping options. The room that we were in is a bit dated, had a musky smell and in general in need of a bit of TLC, but otherwise it was fine. The gym is good, as is the outdoor swimming pool. As the hotel's name suggests, the hotel is panda themed and in the there are a lot of panda decorations and cuddly pandas throughout the common areas. Breakfast was buffet style with a mix of Asian and.Western fare and was pretty good on both mornings. Hot drinks options were extremely limited- if you don't like coffee then it's hot water for you.

Hotel is pretty decent for HK and the price we paid, considering holiday season. But disappointed for a 4-Star chain standards. All basic facilities are provided. No frills. More like a 3-star than a 4-star. Shuttle makes it easier to get to shopping centre, closer to trains and buses to the city. Pool is only open during specific hours but they do have a lifeguard in duty so I’m not sure if I can complain. Gym has bare minimum equipment. They did mention we got an upgrade but the room is similar to what we booked. It’s a modern-tiny space-saving design room so it’s smart but annoying with the lack of cupboards, floor space etc. Everything in the room is tightly packed. You just get in, sleep an get out but that’s Hong Kong I guess.

I usually stay in hotels when I'm in Hong Kong for business. This time, traveling with my children for leisure, I booked this hotel again, as I always do. The transportation is incredibly convenient. There's a bus stop right outside the hotel, and you can even take the A31 bus directly from the airport to the hotel's doorstep. Kolour Tsuen Wan shopping mall is just nearby. For dining, the Café de Coral close by offers very affordable prices. Plus, Tsuen Wan MTR Station, the terminus of the Tsuen Wan Line, is within easy reach, making trips to Central and Tsim Sha Tsui a breeze.

This hotel is conveniently located near Disneyland. We took the hotel shuttle to the MTR station, followed by two MTR transfers to reach the park. Despite reading negative comments online and bracing myself for potential discrimination, I was pleasantly surprised. The staff were incredibly warm, attentive, and professional, patiently answering all our questions. Many even spoke Mandarin. The hotel itself was very quiet, and for the price, it offered exceptional value for money in Hong Kong. (P1: Exterior view taken from inside the hotel.)

Stayed at this hotel for one night during a T10 typhoon. The environment was clean and surprisingly quiet. Although the room faced the elevator, there wasn’t much foot traffic. The room itself was extremely small. Amenities were minimal: just basic items like toothbrush, toothpaste, towel, body wash, and shampoo. There was a small kettle for boiling water and a pair of slippers. The TV supported YouTube and Netflix, but no complimentary water was provided. There was a mini fridge, and downstairs by the entrance, vending machines offered instant coffee, milk tea, and other daily essentials — convenient, but not free. Location-wise, it’s very close to Lai Chi Kok MTR station and also walkable to Cheung Sha Wan station. The area feels new and clean, with plenty of cha chaan tengs (local diners) nearby.

I pre-booked a sea-view suite and even went so far as to email the hotel with detailed explanations and specific requests. However, this hotel clearly doesn't care about its guests! I particularly felt there was a subtle discrimination against mainland Chinese guests. Firstly, they never respond to any online reviews, and secondly, all mainland guests seem to be assigned to lower floors. Despite the hotel having over 400 rooms, and my prior request via email for a high-floor room, the front desk staff completely disregarded my request. They flat-out refused, stating that only rooms on the fifth floor were available. The entire check-in experience was extremely unpleasant. The bed linens were acceptable, but the in-room amenities like shower gel, shampoo, and towels were of extremely poor quality! Even when I and other guests went to the self-service vending machine on the first floor to purchase disposable toiletries, those were also terrible, low-quality products! It's almost as if they think mainland guests have no money, but these are products we simply wouldn't use! Hong Kong hotels need to seriously reflect on their approach; mainland guests are becoming more discerning and expect higher quality standards. An honest assessment: The hotel management *must* change its mindset! They can no longer serve mainland guests with such an attitude and outdated thinking. I recall an old promotional advertisement for Hong Kong's service industry starring Andy Lau; to quote a line from it: 'In this day and age, such service simply won't do!' Note: I haven't uploaded any unflattering photos. I truly hope the hotel management undergoes a fundamental change in their attitude and philosophy.

  • Tsim Sha Tsui: Tsim Sha Tsui, located at the southern tip of the Kowloon Peninsula in Hong Kong, is one of the most representative and bustling areas in the city. It boasts a rich historical background and a modern appearance, and is renowned for its busy commercial district and multicultural characteristics. It features luxury shopping centers, internationally renowned hotels and high-rise buildings. At the same time, it retains historical traces, with many ancient buildings and museums. Showcase Hong Kong's culture and history. And don't forget to take a stroll along the Victoria Harbour at night and enjoy the breathtaking night view of Harbour City!

Gay bars hide behind Hollywood Road graffiti, with designer hotels (1200−3000+HKD≈235-587 AUD) along the Mid-Levels Escalator. Live for 3am chilli crab with baijiu shots? This is your neon-drenched playground—but avoid NYE: LKF becomes a champagne-supernova warzone where stilettos jam in storm drains.

  • Victoria Peak Tram: To reach the summit of Victoria Peak, taking one of the world's oldest and most renowned Peak Trams is definitely an unforgettable experience! The entire railway is pulled by steel cables. The train climbs up the slope from an altitude of 28 meters to 396 meters (about 1,300 feet), and passengers can overlook the Victoria Harbour along the way. The tall buildings and thick bushes all seem to have fallen to one side. It's truly a wonderful feeling!
  • Temple Street Night Market: Temple Street Night Market, is a night market in Hong Kong that is full of authentic flavors. It is famous for its unique market atmosphere, a wide variety of goods and street snacks. To fully experience the charm of the Temple Street Night Market, it is recommended to visit after 8 p.m. At that time, the stalls are most complete and the atmosphere is the liveliest.
  • Chi Lin Nunnery at Sunset: Chi Lin Nunnery is a Buddhist temple located on Diamond Hill in Hong Kong, renowned for its unique Tang-style architecture and exquisite garden landscapes. It is recommended that tourists exit from Exit C2 of Diamond Hill MTR Station and follow the signs. Before entering the temple, one will first pass through the mountain gate and then reach the first courtyard, which features a lotus pond, rockeries and bonsai. Keep going and you will see the Heavenly Kings Hall, where there are Buddha statues and four statues of the Heavenly Kings.

GGuest UserThe hotel is located in Mei Foo, offering convenient access to Hong Kong's excellent transport network. The rooms here are quite affordable and pleasantly quiet. It's a few hundred meters' walk from the MTR station, which is manageable if you're accustomed to walking. Hong Kong's clear signposting makes navigation easy, and you'll find both stairs and elevators for convenience (e.g., along the route from the MTR). My overall experience was very positive.

GGuest UserThe good things: Large size, quiet, strong WiFi, shuttle bus connecting metro station, excellent reception and housekeeping services Things to improve: More lights (brighter, now too dark) in the lobby, corridor, better ventilation in the toilet in the room. Overall comment: Not conveniently located but well connected with shuttle bus. The room design is modern, and the size is large by Hong Kong standards. The price is reasonable.

SSteven DowsonWe arrived late, maybe 11.30pm, but were greeted warmly and checked in smoothly. The room was small but the bed was comfortable and the environment peaceful. Shower was hot and worked well, all towels and linen were clean, toilet was clean, and the room itself clean enough. It looked like it must have been a child's bedroom once because there were glow-in-the-dark decals of planets stuck on the walls and ceiling. This room is fine if you are traveling on a budget and need somewhere to sleep and keep your things while you explore Hong Kong, location is away from the centre but metro a short walk that will take you straight to Central Station. Was a bit difficult to find down a back street.
