GGuest UserBig thumbs up to this hotel! The environment is lovely. The lady at the front desk was so welcoming and provided excellent service, even upgrading our room. The hot springs were incredibly relaxing – even the kids want to go back! My daughter accidentally dropped her dinosaur toy during breakfast, and when we inquired at noon, it turns out the breakfast reception had kept it safe for us. Their attention to detail and thoughtfulness really impressed us.

GGuest UserAdvantages: 1. The overall design of the B&B is quite good, and you can see that the designer hopes to create a new scene at every step. There are also many areas for children to do activities and adults to relax and drink tea. The overall environment is good; 2. The food is delicious and I ate three meals in a row without any disappointments; 3. The room area is quite large and the facilities are sanitary; 4. The stove-side tea-making set meal we ordered only includes one handmade activity, but because we have two children, the housekeeper generously gave us an extra one after communicating with us; 5. My husband drank too much and vomited on the cotton fabrics in the room. I asked for compensation, but the B&B did not accept it. I felt understood and tolerated for this, and I felt better. Things that need to be improved: 1. As the hotel is newly opened, it has not experienced winter yet. The air conditioning and hot water effects in the lobby and rooms are not very good. If it gets colder, it will probably affect the stay experience; 2. It feels a bit too busy during the meal peak. If you order food in advance, you must confirm with the customer service number repeatedly to avoid mistakes; 3. It is recommended that the staff wear uniforms to work. It feels a bit strange to not be able to tell who is the staff during the stay. Overall, although there are no value-added services such as small gifts, every staff member is warm and friendly when you seek help. I recommend it.

CChunlingThis homestay has a puppy named Yunduo and a very tame little cockroach (temporarily called Xiaohei), they are very clingy, and they sleep in the sun on the bench with them. This is a homestay that can heal people. I don't want to praise their home's decoration style and service quality. It is more that I can really feel the warmth and comfort brought by being away from the noise of the city. I like this store very much, this is a store that will make me nostalgic.

GGuest UserThis is my fourth time to Huitang Occupational Therapy Hot Spring Hotel, because the first impression is very good, the waiters are very enthusiastic and patient, what I value most is the sanitary environment, the room is very comfortable and cozy, the bed is very comfortable, the children sleep well at night, the children and my family love to take a hot spring bath, sleep well and have fun is a quality and enjoyable weekend. By the way, the breakfast here is the most abundant hotel I have ever stayed in.

The location is excellent, but since the facilities are a bit dated, even with maintenance, there is a slight odor.
The service is above average, and they make a great effort to assist with whatever you need.
Since I have no other choice, I plan to stay at this hotel again.

GGuest UserFive-star praise, not only a resting place, but also a perfect resort with temperature, story, and aesthetics. The small snacks in the room and intimate small cards are everywhere. The elegant camellia fragrance can be heard everywhere. The ultimate details make you feel intimate and warm. Not to mention the delicious food made of fresh ingredients, you must like 👍, and the favorite one is particularly friendly. The children and the dog don’t have to worry about playing on the lawn all day, and they must come again next time! ! !
