It was a great weekend! Thank you, Berry at the front desk. Here, I don't have to worry about language barriers. 🫶🫶🫶 The hotel is very beautiful and includes two swimming pools, a spa, and hot springs. You can also take a boat ride or have your photos taken for an additional fee (3 photos are free). 😍😍😍 Jeremy took photos of us, and they turned out amazing.

We had an amazing stay. It was clean and comfortable. As foreigners is was great to be able to communicate with the saff in English. We enjoyed everything the hotel had to offer especially the hot Springs. Thank you to Berry who was so helpful throughout our stay, from check-in to check out. Would definitely come back an recommend this great hotel!

It's a very nice place! I recommend it to everyone. Who wants to take a break from the city bustle. The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast each morning and loved dinner. The convenient location close to major attraction. Clean air, hot springs and swimming pools with spa massage is awesome. The hotel rooms are clean, cozy, the cuisine is delicious. The hotel staff helped me in many ways. Thank you very much to the hotel managers - Ms. Merry, Ms. Cindy and friendly Mr. Junberry. I was completely impressed with their professionalism and customer service. We will definitely come again!

The room we reserved is under construction. The hotel still sold the room even the hotel knows the situation. The behavior is cheating. And move client to next old buildings but next to the construction site. Which made us can’t take a good rest after check in. And we arranged to next older building. The old building is far away from main restaurant, when dealing with hotel , the duty manager can not help any more as the hotel is full booked. This is a disaster . Bad luck The experience is Rare and will not consider next time. For other client , Look other good comment. No impact to your choice

We enjoyed stating there. There were lots of activities, such as cruising, photo shots, and hot spring. Everywhere has beautiful view. It was too costly to buy extra photos taken by a photographer, but we took lots of photos with traditionl costumes ourselves. Lots of options in breakfast. It was dissapoint that staff, guests smoked everywhere ( it is whole in China). It was a nice holiday.

Hotel staff was kind and helpful. They took special care for foreigners due to language barrier especially Manager Berry really made sure to enjoy the stay.

We are a group of 14 ppl staying for 2 nights. The rooms are big and clean. The environment is very nice. We had a very delicious dinner in the chinese restaurant. We were given a private room. The atmosphere was very nice and the waitresses has very good service. We also taken the boat ride on the lake of the hotel. Then we had tea at the Tea house. The facilities are excellent.

The resort is huge, with a lake in it where you can avail boating. There are multiple hot springs and you can relax. Sauna and swimming pools are also there. The hotel staff is very helpful. Berry was really courteous and considering he could speak english it was even better. He guided me really well during my stay.

This is my second time to Huizhou Zhonghai. I had a very good experience two years ago because of business cooperation. This time I brought my friends to play at their own expense, and the experience was very average. The worst is the public area hot spring. Most of the areas were closed due to renovation and construction. There were only six or seven pools on the day we went. There were not many waiters because it was a weekday, let alone any service. There was no one in the changing area (although there were not many guests). If you drive, it is best to drive the car into the room/next to the hot spring. The hotel's battery car has insufficient capacity, and the waiting time is longer than the time to walk directly. The only point that did not make me give a bad review is the room. I booked the cheapest one, and the front desk upgraded it to a higher room on the second floor. Advantages: better privacy, each room has a private hot spring, and there are no naughty children. There are too many complaints, and the moral is not worthy of the position.
